1. Home owner not charged with delinquency to a minor(s), that related to a federal offense of murder. Why
Lead copper is helping hide/ protect someone? They knew right away it wasn't hit and run, but
2.)didn't investigate the cars from the party. Why? Not that many to check out.

3. Just looking at his body would tell it wasn't a hit and run.
The day of investigation you'd see the rope burns and assault wounds, and did NOTHING. Actions and in actions say a lot about, people and events and police too.

Most rape/ murder cases are people who can’t protect themselves while under the influence. Everyone stay safe.
