    Hold on she wasnt at least arrested for child abandonment or neglect?? Wait she walked a mile with her daughter in tow an left behind a sick baby? The judge seeing all reports on the moms mental illness and still awards her full CUSTODY? Ok i dont wanna watch the rest. RIP SKY may you play with Angels in heaven.

    Aww come on you left him sick in the car? Total bs. Why isnt she in jail.This has been going on and is still going on.Unless someone felt bad for him after seeing him and took him.But they would have to set up major things to keep him and if they called the police after seeing him then they would know where he is.

    It's a case of stereotypes. We as society assume automatically that a mother is the better parent and a guy eve tho he's actually more suitable for custody can loose it because of that stereotype.

    Its heartbreaking when a person throws false accusations…it is criminal!! Awarding full custody to a spouse that is criminal is really legally and morally weak.

    The court is just as guilty as she is. Their is no reason that she should’ve had custody. None!
    I mean the bigger issue here is the injustice the father had. 1 year with no contact, are you kidding?!
    I am pissed that we’re not talking about how the court allowed this women to get full custody even with evidence against her. Unbelievable

    The dad is saying all she would do is get up and take him to daycare that's all she had to do.. sorry Dad it's not that easy there's more to being a mother than that maybe you didn't help enough dad😢😢😢😢

    These judges need to stop assuming that kids are always better off with the Mom and really look at what's going on. I'm not saying all judges do this but the majority do.jmo. This is sad that she could lie and be proved to be lying on the father along with being mentally unstable and the judge gave her custody when there is a father who u can see loves and wanted his children. This is just too sad. Women aren't always the best choice in custody cases. These judges need to do better. There are good,loving fathers out there who would be the better choice. Smdh…..

    Why did not the father see his children for a year? Why does not welfare ask the child by dolls if the father or someone touches the limbs and plays with them like this? Why should the father have to suffer for a year? Why?

    For me, the saddest thing of all this is that you marry someone because you entrust them with your everything, you believe they are good and will bring you happiness… and in a matter of time, they burn all your dreams to ashes. I can’t imagine the pain this man has gone through. Not only he has lost his son, but to think that once he loved this woman so much that he married her… just imagine how your life changes when you see the person you love most changing, falling, getting depressed… and not being able to save them.

    Bless the little angel, and I hope this man can find someone who heals his heart, his mind, and gives him the happiness almost everyone deserves.

    I have ocd so i clean the house most every day and a 4 year old i take care of and play with and i do both the same day because you never know of youll lose someone so i spend as much time as i can with him. I feed him before i do anything. I make sure he has something to drink every few hours. Its not hard to take care of a child. If you dont want the child call cps instead of keeping your child. Disgusting fucking horrible bitch. Im glad the dad still cares.
