I lost a son like that. So full of life and love and then gone! It's a pain that can't be described! I know this family knows him. When you look at who Christian was and who that girl was…which is more likely?
Kimber .45 ACP's pistols DO NOT decock themselves… You could drop test this gun right on the hammer, when charged and ready, and IF it were high enough, it would sheer and there would be obvious evidence of a failure… Kimber is one incredible brand… If they were to be contacted and analyze the weapon, I am sure the conclusion would be it was manually decocked by a human… Oh, and not one who just shot himself in the head. Trust me, if one were to shoot themself in the head with a .45 and you somehow had a slightest bit of consciousness, it would not be to let the trigger down with a round in the chamber… This case is absolutely troubling. So is why these two little scumbags aren't at least in prison…
I listened to the podcast and this has to be the MOST botched case I've evert heard of. Police need to be reprimanded. There's no fucking way they were this fucking stupid. Bunch of idiots on that police force.
This is one of the saddest stories I’ve listened to. This young man was raised right. To be a man, a provider and protector and becaus of greed he was taken from his family. May he eventually get to Rest In Peace and get justice
Kendall has the best documentary on this case. She hung out with the family the entire time. This town is corrupt. The chief (who was off duty at the time) was living next door to this man, and he immediately tells the other officers to shut it down, and consider it a suicide 45 minutes after he arrives? That makes absolutely no sense, you didn't check for gunpowder residue until hours after, you didn't use luminol to check to see if anyone cleaned up the scene. Multiple award-winning forensic examiners all agree that this scene was staged, and the body was moved. But it only took 45 minutes for this guy to say it was a suicide. Mighty suspicious. Oh and the girlfriend did have gunpowder residue on her hands, conveniently she was shooting guns the night before. Go figure
I'm planning on getting life insurance next week. No S/O to leave it to, but my oldest son && nephew (who I've raised for several years) will each get a portion of it, && the rest will be put into a trust for my 14yr old. If God forbid something happens to me my brother will have custody of him, && will receive a certain amount every month to help support my son, with the rest being for college && college living expenses if he doesn't get a scholarship. The ONLY way I would leave it to a S/O is if we were married, && had been for quite awhile.

If this was suicide I'm the Queen of England, clearly it was NOT, because, why would you move the body? Why would you wait hours to call 911, how does a right handed person end up with a gun wedged between their left thigh and the bath but the wound if on the right? Did no-one hear the gunshot? was a home made silencer used? So many strange questions that need answered for this family.

look, i have just watched this case and i have one question. Who goes to the bank and tries to take up their best friends offer to take all of their money after you just hid a gun from them because he was saying he was going to commit suicide? I mean who does that? No one does that.
Number 1, people committing suicide don’t usually care about the mess it’s going to make, mainly because they’re obviously thinking about something a little more drastic. So to do it over the tub to “not make a mess” is the first clue it wasn’t suicide.

Just listened to the entire podcast Culpable…… it's is a so wrong how that town of Meridian is run…corrupt corrupt corrupt. This one is going to stay with me for awhile……it's unbelievable that the justice system failed this young man. Why is a 21 year old adult living with and screwing a 17 year old? 17 is young for a 21 year old, he’s a predator. 25 to 21 isn’t a gap but 17 to 21 is a massive one! Youtuber Kendall Rae did a BEAUTIFUL documentary about this case.She traveled to Christian's hometown and spent time with the family and did as much as she could to help his family get justice. She is the most sincere Youtuber with a beautiful heart and soul!

Her last jab at her beloved son was to shame him even in death by calling him “challenging”… and y’all people can’t imagine why he might want to end his life? The relationship between him and his mom wasn’t sunshine and rainbows like she wants you to believe… oh and she was soooo devastated she finished her meal at the restaurant before leaving to find out what the tragedy was… they didn’t even go to his apartment afterwards…

This episode is so false ! Goes against the police , MBI , AG all concluded it was a suicide . The text are so violent from him too his girlfriend before . And extremely disturbing violent texts after the suicide from his brother and sister too Whitley. Read the police files and you’ll see just about 100% of this episode is irresponsibly false !

He was clearly using drugs, speaking in a very suicidal way. Rae is out of her mind and so guilt ridden. The family is not willing to accept the truth.
