  1. Yet more gun violence in the USA. You can't possibly refute the evidence. It might be a second amendment constitutional right, but safety guidelines are lacking, obviously. It's the epitome of "the wild wild west". It is both unconscionable and despicable.

  2. you cant know the dennys incident is incorrect because hearsay is just second hand information. now if the dumb lawyer was smart, he would have realized he is wasting his time. how do you get tips from all over the country about a killing that occurred in a rural area? the show started by saying that the family lived in the middle of nowhere and had little to no neighbors. so how is it that they could receive several hundred tips, if no one else could be a witness

  3. the reporter is a moron. how is it realistic if they are assuming what they thought occurred ten years later. asking the suspect about what occurred ten years ago, is just dumb because he more than likely dont remember what he was doing six months before. no jury on the planet would use his version of what occurred ten years ago by memory as evidence. plus, a business card at the house means nothing since its somewhere he have been before. now, if he was a stranger, it would be hard to explain but he was her ex boyfriend

  4. I'm not saying the ex was innocent, but when they went to his house and asked the last time he saw her, he's to remember the last time he saw her almost 10 years ago??

  5. OOhhh- I know these cops- Palm Springs area cops.. I was assaulted by a sweaty fat man in a grocery store and no MAN did anything, but myself and the girl that saw it ran after him and took a photo of his license plates..they said, "These plates do not exist in the system anywhere".. a CLEAR registration sticker was on it. I know they did not even look. I knew they were lying when they said it.

  6. They are guilty, we know who had the motive. Robert Pape went crazy when when he couldn't control her, example- 20-30 harassing phone calls to his GF when she was on vacation with her friend. I feel bad for his parents, they didn't see this and could never believe their son would be capable of this. The cell records and lies of the boys prove they did it. Can't believe the Idiot Defence attorneys, saying there is no evidence? Why did both plead the 5th if they were innocent? Guilty! He made a statement with his ex in the wheel borough….horrible disgusting and diabolical!!

  7. This guy, detective was fired, he wanted to get back at the riverside county, so he used the mistakes they made in this case to get back at them, by using the media attention- however, ironically, to the cost of other, such as using the currently accused. So far, nothing points to them.
You should be ashamed of yourself for using others as lies.
There was nothing at Denny’s the day of. Maybe it happened long ago prior to that, but not the day of.
Currently, jurors are asking about Javier.
He was a suspect in my opinion:
