  1. While most people think about being trespassed from private property, you can actually trespass from a public place as well.Β You can be asked to leave the public property because a person or an organization that has control over that public place has the right to ask you to leave.

  2. Hell naw, yhat auditor gets a C at best.

He acted in a way we dont want to be treated by police. He didnt want to de-escalate by stating he was exercising his rights.

He just has balls, but is just as rude as a bad cop.

  3. people like that really irritate the sh*t out of me. It says Police parking only; not police parking and journalist only. So, if you are not a police and parking, then you should not be in that area. The sign couldn't be more clear. The only this allowed beyond that sign is police parking. Idiots always act as though English is difficult to understand just so they can be belligerent.

  4. You were correct until it was pointed out that there is a visitor parking area in the same parking lot with no barriers separating them meaning that the lot is intended to be accessed by visitors and therefore it was his activity that they were cooling.

  5. Id argue the cop got up in his face in a threatening manner….. if a member of the public did that to another person, let alone a cop…… it could become problematic. Id say inspecting those police cars is legitimate. Erie County Audit regularly finds bald tires, filthy interiors and I recall an improperly secured weapon……. expired inspection stickers, etc. I saw one where the weapon liked like i may have been available available to use as a plant. Non issued weapons in a police car could be an issue. So, Id argue it is a legitimate purpose and newsworthy. I suppose it depends on the judge you get…. If I recall Rodregez V US was a 5-4 vote…… shows you how 4 out of 9 can be out of line.

  6. This so called auditor gets an F, for not understanding what a 3 word sign means. That section is only for parking police cars. You can't break the law then say "there's no sign". I tried that one several times as a juvenile and it was simply a way to start trouble, not because I didn't know any better. I lit up a cigarette in Mcdonalds then said "there's no sign that says I can't", when it was obvious nobody was allowed to smoke in public anymore.

  7. I honestly would lower the auditor lower.
he was not as civile as you claimed and talked down to the officer, not allowing them to explain to him.
    why he cannot be there.
Honestly acting rather childish: I don't got no wheels!

  8. I would actually argue the Police has a right to have you not walk around their cars and recording their vehicles.
or well mainly loitering around their cars, you could be trying to sabotage, or steal from said vehicles.
having a Camera in hand does not mean you are less suspicious individual.

  9. I really enjoy the videos about police interactions during traffic stops and other more organic encounters. Some auditors really go out of their way to create tension and it always comes off cringey.

  10. Those officers were obviously wrong they were just picking a fight with a man who is walking around with a camera they had absolutely no right legally or in any other way to confront him at all much less the way that they did

  11. Thanks for your great work. However, after being an auditor viewer here on Youtube it seems you rarely acknowledge that there are investigation techniques short of depriving a person of their liberty or recording in this case. And these should be required in any civil rights allegation.

  12. I prefer the 'auditors' who are not aggressive. 7 minutes in and I am hoping they arrest him. I se the headline just states "Remove" but he does deserve to be punished for being a DICK.

  13. These fools need a sign for everything in life. They don't have enough brain cells to understand that if only police vehicles are allowed inside the parking lot, it's reasonable to believe that only police officers who be allowed to freely walk around in the parking lot.

  14. I'd love to see this "auditor" try to prove in court that he's a journalist. The judge's first question will be to see any published work by the journalist… NONE! 🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣 Maybe he's a new journalist, doing his first story. He's investigating the quality of the police cars' tires or the asphalt in the police parking lot.

  15. This video taught me how laws are used to bypass our "rights", and if you want to "exercise your rights" you have to explain yourself to anyone that may get curious in the allotted time place and manner or have your perceived "rights" stripped from you on property that's paid for with money forced out of every one of our paychecks.
I always had a hard time explaining it but This video explained how our "rights" have been turned into privileges, thank you.
