  1. It still amazes me how many officers that took an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States don't know the Constitution. How can an officer be an officer that does not know the law.

  2. Dispatcher: "He's black, right?"

    Caller: "No, he's white."

Dispatcher: "Ha! Ha! You're funny! Okay, so we have a black guy who is . . . ."

    Caller: "No, ma'am. He's WHITE."

Dispatcher: "Okay, so he's a white black guy."

Caller: "Nooooo. He's just a WHITE man."

Dispatcher: "Well, if you SAY so. (snorts) Okay, so we have a WHITE guy . . . um . . . with a Spanish accent . . . panhandling, yelling and threatening people in front of the bank. We'll send someone over now."

  3. "There's a man saying something homeless…"

"OK, so where is this black homeless man?"

    "I never black."

"Well, I heard black. So the Latino gentleman is where?"

    "No, he's white."

"Like mixed, or light skinned? I'm not I'm understanding. Is this minority gentlemen hurting you?"
