  1. If they pull you out and search your car against your consent, they sold be required to not give a citation for the stop if nothing is found. Standing on the side of the highway being talked to like a 3 year old for 20 minutes is punished enough for a traffic interaction.

  2. Must obey a LAWFUL order or direction. When there is no legal precedent or law that he rolls down his window, any farther than he has, then it is not a lawful order. Aren't there requirements of the tint on front windows? If he can see the driver through that tint, then he can see into the driver's seat which is all he needs to see.

The only reason for not keeping a go pro while he's stepping out is to not record the police. It obviously does not endanger the police.

How many innocent people have been illegally murdered by police who have illegally arrested them for no reason??? It seems to me, that government officials either are ignoring this or . . . Nope, that's it. Congressmen and senators and everybody else in government are flat out ignoring the murder of innocent people because police are repeatedly overstepping their bounds and violating people's rights, in part because they don't know the law and the Constitution, something easily remedied, and also because they are acting on their fragile egos more than the law.

  3. B+???? I am losing confidence in your rating system …. They were bating, abusing power and gave the old “I smell Marijuana” statement as an excuse to reach to try and find something to arrest him.

  4. Deputy Labay and his goon squad is STILL out there racially profiling people, intentionally escalating situations, and violating people's rights and it's blatantly obvious that he's just itching to harass & cancel innocent people because of the power he's been given and how his department keeps protecting him! Absolutely DISGUSTING and PATHETIC! 💯💯🙄🤦‍♀️🤬🤬

  5. Trooper: You know how many times I asked you before I reached for my gun? Rolando: Oh well. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 comedic gold right there!!! I've listened to this a couple times before, but only till today I realized how funny this is

  6. Hostile and condescending should be automatic fail. I swear to God you give them decent grades just to boost your fucking algorithm. I think I’m fucking done with this channel.

  7. You could simply pull the body cam footage of the history of officers and find out how they handle themselves individually to situations. All situations and then you will get a better idea of how it works.

  8. The odor of marihuana is sufficient to search a vehicle, but not a person. What a wonderful system. It is absolutely impossible for anyone to know what is and isn't allowed.
