New court documents break down how investigators found two of Ruby Franke’s children after another two were allegedly found tied up in duct tape and malnourished. Investigators say her allegedy abused children broke free from her business partner’s home at the end of August. The Law&Crime Network’s Sierra Gillespie explains the latest in the twisted case.

Why is Kevin Franke’s lawyer tiptoeing around this broken front door? He comes across as very disingenuous. If 1-2 adult children were living there either 1. They did it; 2. The police made entry via search warrant or exigent circumstances; 3. Interrupted robbery; 4. Vandalism. It seems to me that this attorney does not agree with the exigent circumstance and his dancing around and avoiding coming out and saying it, makes him look like he’s lying.

Kevin and his attorney are more concerned with the broken door than his broken children and family, hope he never gets his kids back.
