Murder on the high seas: Son accused of killing his mom on his boat to gain inheritance

Nathan Carman and his mother, Linda Carman, took his boat out for a fishing trip off the coast of Rhode Island. Nathan was later rescued after boaters found him floating on a life raft, but his mother was nowhere to be found. Investigators allege Nathan, who was suspected of killing his grandfather, sank the boat to gain his mom’s inheritance. But Nathan will never have his day in court as the truth remains a mystery.

  1. I’m certain ever since cruise ships started it has been used as a way of deliberate murder many many times. The chances of ever finding those who went over board dead or alive never happens and if so it’s rare.
