Nathan Carman and his mother, Linda Carman, took his boat out for a fishing trip off the coast of Rhode Island. Nathan was later rescued after boaters found him floating on a life raft, but his mother was nowhere to be found. Investigators allege Nathan, who was suspected of killing his grandfather, sank the boat to gain his mom’s inheritance. But Nathan will never have his day in court as the truth remains a mystery.

I’m certain ever since cruise ships started it has been used as a way of deliberate murder many many times. The chances of ever finding those who went over board dead or alive never happens and if so it’s rare.

I knew of his mother’s case but I didn’t know about his grandfather..jeez. His eyes look empty anyways…nothing there.

His entire interview on tv is creepy. He uses his disability to his advantage. He definitely killed his mom.

I would say that he committed suicide. Because he knew they knew the truth, of what really happened. I believe he realized that his lies were not working any longer.

If he had been out in the ocean as long as he had said he was, he wouldn't look as good as he does. He would look more disheveled, weak at the legs. I believe he killed his mother.
