Mom runs off with married boyfriend and disappears

Single mother Patti Adkins had a great job and was working to get her life on track. 1. Other than that, like I said, I would probably do something probably do whatever I could to help my friend out

If my friend is in need of some money to help him out or to help her out

I would definitely do whatever I could to help out with a friend that I really really really liked

Because that’s who I am right I do have friends that live further way

That I make handmade cards for from scratch you know

  2. But that being said, I wouldn’t get into the very very very back of somebody’s pick up truck

Because I know that’s illegal so I would know right there that I would definitely not be doing that

You know, cause I would know right there that something would be off about that

So that would be a reason why I would pull back from that person if they asked me to get in the very back of the pick up truck

And then hide underneath the blankets it’s like

I would think that right there was strange you know I would be kind of creeped out myself

  3. This is like a grant greentree and Simon Levive type

Where they slowly gain your trust then ask for money in person

This isn’t your typical online scam where you have not met that person at all

No this is totally different scenario altogether

So of course you can see this type of scam coming? I mean who could have ever seen this coming?

Nobody not a single person would see this coming, Nobody would know they’re lives were in danger

Like nobody knows Simon would do the things he did to them innocent people know

And nobody knows Grant geeentree would be the type of person he isn’t either

So yeah you can’t blame someone from wanting to help out a person they think they can trust,

  4. That’s different. I think I would do the same thing if I met somebody and I was interested in being friends with them.

If I really really really liked them and they told me that they were going through a rough time and they had to use a food bank and Salvation Army to get by

Like if somebody told me if I got to know somebody and they told me that

They had to go on the the North Bay group to ask for stuff from random people because they didn’t have the money to get stuff they need for their family

And I knew that person and I got to know them personally

I would do whatever I could to help them out I really would you know I really would pour my heart out there for that person

And you can’t blame me for that you can’t blame anybody for doing that honestly you can’t

  5. Most people were not allow that person to keep the family business and still make money off customers, especially if he’s doing things like that to his wife

So in most cases, yeah, they would lose their job and they would lose the business

And of course, Patty would want to help this person out she didn’t want him to lose his business

You know she probably thought maybe his wife isn’t a good person so she thought that she was helping somebody who she really really really liked and trusted with her heart

She gave him money out of the kindness of her heart, This isn’t like a regular online scammer

This is somebody she obviously got to know and really, really really liked

  6. Like this isn’t somebody who messed with her emotions online and meanwhile, she had never met him at all like

No, she worked with him so she knew him personally so of course she wanted to help him out

He’s told her that he was gonna lose his business, if his wife found out that he was dating her

And from majority of people, it’s like that would be honestly true because

Look if you’re married to somebody and you know their family member told them that they were dating the person that you were married to

Of course you would be mad and of course he will lose his business

Most people would not put up with that

  7. This is somebody who she became friends with at work over a long period of time

This is obviously somebody she trusted and really, really really liked

And I would probably do the same thing as well if I became friends with somebody that I really really really liked

You know if I met somebody and they said that they were hard on money that they had to use the food bank and the Salvation Army to get by

Can you blame me for not wanting to help them out?

  8. Cops always say” follow the money”

Me says” yeah ok to where? Probably the most expensive things money can buy is another woman”

lol but that is about all that money can buy someone is another lover

But no amount of money can be kindness, compassion, and happiness,

Pattie was just that a happy go lucky person at heart

RIP Pattie I am sure one day you’ll be found and your family will have justice for you

  9. So rideshare friend didn’t know about her hiding in the back? Maybe "boyfriend" has others who helped with her disappearance. Money may be hidden; how successful is his side business (couldn't investigators find more clues by those lies and what she told friends?) Does wife believe or support her husband in whatever he says? Do they have extra money to afford lawyer? Many questions need answers and not just words.

  10. so she is so in love that she leaves her beloved child to dive into the back of some dudes dirty pickup truck??? wtf? how stupid is that!!! obviously the dude n his wife played her for money

  11. I believe this Brian flowers this is the name everyone keeps saying was her boyfriend. I think he did it and I believe his wife was 100% involved. They did it to get money from her and then they murdered her when she wanted her money back.

  12. I feel for her daughter and Patti's family. Patti was in love and fell very hard to a married man. I don't understand why the police didn't look deeper into this married man and his wife. Something sounds very fishy. RIP Patti you didn't deserve this.
