Kara Nichols moved from Chicago to Colorado to chase her dreams, but her life turned into a nightmare. She disappeared after meeting up with a man from an escort site, and her family quickly reported her missing. It took a decade before her family saw justice as the man who killed the blonde beauty was put behind bars.

    But lots of people think because they are trying to sell themselves that they must be

    Like drug users or they must be not very good people so in some cases when people see somebody as an escort getting into a car with somebody

    Hoping to sell themselves that sometimes is a motive for murder for somebody to kill somebody

    Because they’re more vulnerable they’re just out there selling themselves just to make money

    And they’re just trying to make something out themselves. They’re not doing it to be bad or

    They’re not doing it just because they want to we do it because they feel they have to

    And that’s a totally different thing as well you know and it’s a sad reality because a lot of them do get taken advantage of you know allow them sell themselves to people who are not very good people

    And it’s not right for somebody to take their life away just because they doing things or they’re doing something that maybe somebody else doesn’t agree with

    You know that’s not right that’s not OK so I think you should be charged with first-degree murder

    You know, I don’t even know why he got the manslaughter charge, but I think that judge should be ripped off that bench pretty quick

    You know he or she should not be allowed to be a judge you know that’s not right what he did that’s not fair

    You know, he killed her because he didn’t agree with what she was doing and how she was going about things in her life

    To me that is, it should be a first-degree murder charge definitely

    Although majority of people do not turn to prostitution like I said that before

    But only like 1000 or more people turn to doing that and I do believe it’s because majority of people are not that desperate

    Majority of people do not feel they need to do that because you know maybe they have a rebellious phase. I have no doubt about it.

    But majority of people do not sell themselves out to people like that,

    So maybe a lot of people are argumentative and that don’t agree with what their parents do and what they don’t do and

    That’s normal, but majority of people do not do what she did because they’re not desperate enough

    Being through a rebellious phase is totally different than selling yourself to somebody else

    That’s a totally different thing altogether that would be like selling yourself because somebody is trying to find their purpose in life

    They’re trying to find the meaning of life they’re trying to earn money and make something of themselves

    That is completely different than yelling and not listening to somebody if you don’t agree with something

    You know most people get argumentative and don’t agree but they they’re not gonna walk away and get angry

    They’re not gonna get so mad that they’re gonna sell themselves to people no majority people do not do that

    Even I have been there myself as a teenager

    I have had my fair share of rebellious phases you know like I hate it. I absolutely hate it when kids used to cry.

    And I absolutely hated that my roommates used to yell and or do things to get me to react in a violent way knowing that I would do that

    And I will admit, I can’t judge her because I know what it’s like to disagree or not like something as a teenager whether it’s what somebody does or

    Whether it’s what your friends are doing or your friends have what you don’t have

    I was there myself at one point as well. My sister used to get all the dates in school and I never had one.

    So there was a time when I felt jealous, and I wanted that person in my life so that I can say that I have whatever everybody else had in my first high school

    So yeah and I’ll bet you there are 1000 or millions more teenagers out there that I became young responsible adults

    That now I have a job that help now I have a good career and have their own families and

    That would probably look at this young lady and knowing what her mother said about her when she was a teenager

    And I bet you a lot than people would say I know exactly how that is because I was there one time myself

    Right million of people were on the world were like that,

    And then people wonder why they turn to being paid to have sex with somebody

    They just need a chance in life I mean, this young lady you know was like majority of teenagers

    Yeah, she had a rebellious phase in her life so did majority of teenagers. My sister even had pretty much a rebellious side to her as well

    You know she didn’t always want to listen to Mom and Dad. She didn’t want to always do her homework.

    And so she would fight them and argue and then she would resort to crying. I think it was fake you know because she thought that mom and dad would give an eventually and just let her go if the took pity on her

    So she would resort to crying and then, but that didn’t work you know

    So my sister was pretty much the same way you know so my two cousins

    Dario and Tallon from what I hear they always use to fight a lot because

    I think my youngest cousin Tallon wanted to be as good as his brother at different things

    And when he wasn’t good at them, he used to I think get like rolling down and get really disappointed in himself

    I think that used to make Dario a little bit annoyed when they were younger, you know

    I’m sure that would make anybody annoyed you know if somebody who was trying to be as good as somebody else

    Whether it’s her brother or sister or even a friend or an acquaintance

    You know that would be a little bit annoying to that person because

    You’re never gonna be as good as somebody else in certain things

    Some people are angry some people don’t agree with people prostituting

    So sometimes they want to harm them instead of thinking about the reasons behind it

    Thinking that there’s more going on in their life

    If people think and us their brains, they would know that majority of people don’t wake up one morning and

    Have sex with a random person just because they’re jealous of their friends having boyfriends so they want one too

    Majority people do not resort to that, but just because they want a date as well

    No, like an order for people to have money for sex, they would have to have something going on in their life

    Like whether it’s being able to find a job so that they can go to college and have a good career one day

    Or maybe they have children and nobody would hire them not many people would hire them

    You know because of the way they dress or maybe they just don’t have the money so they get passed off

    You know like if you don’t come in with a nice fancy dress on

    And you know nice clothing anyway they just look at you and then

    Basically to toss you out the door they won’t even interview you

    It’s the same for guys as well you know it’s a shame. It’s really too bad.

    Because to me it shouldn’t matter how you dress or how you look

    If more people got hired, then they would have money to get nice clothing and they would come to work all dressing. Nice in their hair done up nice and.

    You know, they would look like every other employee in the workplace, They don’t have to dress nice just for an interview

    I mean, as long as they smell better and they at least have clothes on

    I mean, I don’t want to see anybody going in an interview with just their underpants and or bra on without any shirt and pants

    Then absolutely not those people should not be hired, or if they have a shirt and they showed their boobs

    Or their pants that show their butt crack then no because you see lots of them people as well

    It would be different if you know they didn’t have a lot of money and that was the only pair of pants decent enough for them

    Then, no, nobody like that should be just tossed out the door

    So I don’t like how the judge sentenced him for manslaughter

    Because it made it seem like yes, she was the one at fault like she just they made it seem like

    She just chose to do that. She just chose to live like that just because you know.

    Like I said, majority of men and women don’t wake up one morning and

    Would like some random person to have sex with them not even jealousy can make them do that

    They would have to be very, very, very desperate for a job and to earn money to live and to be able to go to college and or university

    They haven’t found their purpose in life so they have to do what they can to earn their money and to have a purpose in life

    And for somebody who can just do that to somebody and get a manslaughter sentence

    You know, after he buried her in the ground, strangled her and then buried her in the ground on his ranch

    That is not manslaughter manslaughter will be like

    She darted out in front of his vehicle and he accidentally hit her you know

    Then, yeah, that would be manslaughter, or if she’s the one that was aggressive with him

    Like if she was the one hitting him or something, and he swerved and then hit the ditch and then she somehow got injured and died

    Then, yeah, that would be manslaughter manslaughter when you don’t intentionally plan to kill somebody

    But the way his wife told them because of what he said to her

    She wasn’t the one at fault sounds like to me that he just picked her up and then strangled her and then

    Yeah, that’s a premeditated murder that one because he purposely picked her up to do that to her to kill her or harm her

    You know whether he meant to kill her or just meant to hurt her I don’t know

    But whatever the case, he drove to get her for the intention to hurt her

    Anyway, so that’s not manslaughter that’s for sure that is either a second-degree murder

    Or first-degree murder but not manslaughter I know that

    You know lots of people resort to prostitution because they need to make money

    And because sometimes when they’re teenagers is very very, very hard for them to find a job

    And get hired so they have to have money to pay their bills and to go to college and or university

    Right she sounds like she was trying to make money so that she can go to college and or university and have a good career and make her life better

    People just don’t turn two prostitution unless there’s a reason I don’t think majority of women would

    Just up one morning and say“hey I would like some random person to have sex with me today. “

    Like, no that doesn’t fly with me that doesn’t seem right. Majority of men and women would never do that just because they can.

    Right majority of people who do that would have to be very, very, very desperate and you know as a way to earn money that’s what they do

    It’s not because they’re terrible people. It’s because you know they probably can’t get a job.

    And they probably have looked, but nobody would hire them for whatever reason

    Just silly reasons, why people don’t hire people, if more people would hire you know people

    For whatever reason you know, no matter what their past is and if they gave somebody a chance

    Majority of people wouldn’t have to turn to prostitution to make money

    You know they would already have their purpose. They would already have a job and they would have found their purpose in life.

    When are these young girls going to realize that there’s people out there that are evil and wicked?! Her posting what she did was also exploiting herself and it’s heartbreaking that they use themselves for sex, and it cost her her life! This sickens me and I’m so sorry for her and for her family’s loss!!😓

    She was only a one year adult (or a grown teenager) with typical teenager ideas of more than a decade ago … Most likely he electronically exploited and r*p*d her over her naive teenage personality and intentionally killed her subsequently… His cover up was very well planned and resume living normally reflects his mentality of justifying his actions.
    Second degree murder because all the crime leads and evidence are now majorly lost, but doesn't mean he wasn't planning the murder.

    It will not surprise me linking more victims to this killer from the way he covered this crime.

    Wow, lots of people focusing on completely the wrong things. There are a lot of careers that involve meeting up with strangers, yet people can't seem to help themselves by pointing out she was an escort. No one deserves murder, period.

    He "accidentally" strangled her right he "accidentally" tripped and "accidentally" his hands fell on her throat and "accidentally" couldn't get up and "accidentally" tightened his grip on her throat, it happens all the time 🙄
