  1. I think the judge had it right. As well, cocaine was brought to Christina Purcells house as part of the staging of the murder scene. Zachary also tried to remove evidence of his presense. Of course, zachary could have chosen to draw attention to the daughters case by other means

  2. Josh, would justification be different if the victim was the fiancé who was allegedly harming the child vs the mother? I feel like for the defence of others would be more applicable if it was the person who actually was harming the child.
