  1. I remember working in a department store, a woman left her son in the car for over an hour. It was a hot summer day. When the police were called, they started questioning me like I was guilty instead of the woman. I learned then to never talk to the police about anything unless your attorney is present.

  2. He did it the LA County DA had it right . He's out because of some Lefist idiot Lawyers. You can tell he has a temper and anything can piss him off just in the interview. I think he got rejected by Michelle and snapped and shot her. If you were in Iraq and now you work security. Even if your suppose to be unarmed you carry a weapon for your own safety it only makes sense he wasn't in a safe area he was in Landcaster. He could of gotten rid of the 9mm Pistol that same night in a near by Lake that area has a few large bodies of water. They would never find the murder weapon.

  3. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16

Only Jesus Christ is the way to Heaven and be saved from hell.

"But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."
    Romans 5:8

"Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." John 14:6

Have you believed in your heart that Jesus Christ died on the cross for your sins, was buried, rose from the grave, and was seen of many witnesses after? You must believe that gospel message about Jesus Christ to be saved from eternal damnation and instead go to heaven

"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." Romans 10:9

"For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one." 1 John 5:7

  4. The father called him a minus wage security guard so he doesn’t know a lot but he was in Iraq it’s his job to pay attention to details. He’s gonna know more about killing than most

  5. Poor guy man… my husband is really observant and analytical… similar to myself. Will not offer theories or be a witness after watching this!

  6. Police sometimes can be so stupid. This guy is a war veteran,he served in elite army rangers unit,he saw many dead people during that time, probably kill certain amount of humans in the line of duty, ofc he have attention for details like that, much more then average rockie. That doesnt mean he is a gunman.

  7. He knew way too much like the angle of the shots…….uh hmm… eh.. and uh .. . Lol dumb cops trying to find the easy way instead of actually putting the hours in required to do the job properly

  8. He may be a minimum wage security guard but he was an infantryman trained to be observant in those types of situations. And if you ain't infantry, you ain't $#!+

  9. He's a military veteran, I would guess he was trained to spot thing like those, that he described to the police. As someone here said – no wonder people say 'I didn't see anything'. You try to help, you become a suspect. I saw few hours earlier one about a kid, who spent 9 years in prison just because cops even tho knowing the true killer, they didn't say anything because of their egos. I mean, seriously.

  10. God I remember this case so vividly growing up. I was a rebel class 2003 and this shook us all up. When they arrested the security guard, I always thought it was because they came up empty…I never thought he did it. I hate their family never got justice…because i know what type of thing goes in on that lot and people Ive come across..I sometimes wondered if I knew her killer

  11. wait why did he have to mention that his a “minimum wage security guard” and he knew too much…. what! I feel sorry he lost he’s daughter but what does this man wages have to do with anything ? He’s a WAR VET! he knows about guns and dead bodies! Smh he’s innocent

  12. Ok, so now's he's just a minimum wage security guard but in part one he was a vet so should've been able to save his daughter's life with CPR (for a gunshot wound to the head, at that). The father is very hard to sympathize with. He doesn't want justice, he wants revenge, which would be understandable if he wanted it done to the actual perpetrators.

  13. Her father didn’t want justice for his daughter he wanted to hang anyone for his grief. He is disgusting and dishonors his daughters memory by saying he thinks this guy still did. Her father should check out himself humanity doesn’t want your kind in this world. Clearly the gang members are the likely culprits. Hanging a innocent man to attach your grief too is worse than murder.

  14. Compared to general witnesses, he simply was able to free his mind in this situation and became as focused as possible on how it went, a witness looking at the same things like the murderer might probably get the same story together, i mean if not scared to death or retarded in some way.

  15. Hahahaha bruhh this narrator bitches voice is killin me her nose job so tight im scared she might croak. I bet she told her doctor i want that cindy loo hoo

  16. He's a war vet who came home to be a security guard. Trying to validate himself he was offering a profilers view of a murder scene to help police to seem like a valid whiteness. He didn't do it!
