   I just want to clarify for the defense atty that his statement of: "So the gun is not an AR 15 , just an AR", is NOT accurate. The AR in "AR 15" does not stand for "assault rifle", it stands for Arma Lite, which is the manufacturer. So yes it's an assault rifle, but it has a completely different name. (There are so many misconceptions about these guns perpetrated by the media that I just wanted to clarify that one specific thing.)
   Also he has to be one of the most obnoxious attorney's I've ever listened to. Objecting to every single thing admitted. And him wanting the gun in the court room had absolutely nothing to do with helping his case, it was only to try to be difficult. Because the reality is having the demo of the actual guns in person is only going to show how similar they are. Helping the prosecution. I don't believe he thought the prosecution had the gun on hand. I think that back fired on him. It also galls me that he would act mystified that the detective didn't follow up on the neighbor of Tammy that she suspected. With the amount of evidence he had linking Alex to the crime, it was completely unnecessary. But this atty is going to pretend it was negligent. A person with zero cop experience. Sure.

   The Prosecutor is impressive, she is very thorough with her questions just running down the information to where you can see the story of what's happened. I thought the Judge shut down some openings that had base, and it seemed like everytime the defense objected he just said the same thing. The Defense hasn't made a good argument for anything it was weak at times with questions towards the detective. You tell the detective was starting to get aggravated with his condescending questions treating the detective like, what you didn't do your job and follow up, after they already made it clear the information they had to go on. Defense needs to argue something concrete Instead of nit picking certain information that doesn't hold weight. Anytime he objected which was half the questioning the judge just went a long with it, I'm not sure what he was trying to do other than hurry it up.

   i wish they had listened to charles vallow. i mean what were cad and lori thinking? did they really think theyd get away with all this? this is so discusting and disturbing. charles knew tho. and yet he still loved her. that witch stole 35 k from him! he said he had $7.00 to his name. ugh i pray these idiots get whats coming

   Maybe they should exhume Cox body. Told his wife he was the fall guy. Did he kill himself? And maybe if Chad's wife had listened to Lori ex before he died she would still be alive. And had they listened to Charles Vallow the first time, a lot of people will still be alive? You can't even make this stuff up. This has nothing to do with religion, this has to do with selfishness and lust. Wow.

   When I heard Tammy's hands may have been tied…. was the first time I imagined her terror. Made me think of Shanaan Watts. They both knew things were getting weird. But who could imagine what these psychos had in mind. Please bring justice to everyone these maniacs hurt.

    Alex sure was a terrible assassin. Also, safe to assume his password for everything was probably 12345. I guess it's a good thing most men aren't interested in true crime, or else they'd be better at covering their tracks.

    Wish she'd snaapped a picture ,obviously she ran for her life..
    Did they find casings? Im confused, it's hard to miss w/AR15.. & he missed the other man too( nieces spouse)..maybe,on purpose!??
    Dont feel bad for Alex ,but, are they not considering he was too murdered?

    AR 15.. why WHY are those available to civilians?Every mass School shooting, mall, store, movie, club,vegas,parade – massacre.. involves one. Just like we don't DRIVE military TANKS to work, we need not have those in society either…😢
