In just under two hours, a jury was able to reach a unanimous decision to convict Brandon Castiglione of second-degree murder in the death of New Hampshire minister Luis Garcia. After a dispute over the Bible, Castiglione shot and killed Garcia in 2019. The convicted killer will be sentenced at a later date and faces up to life in prison.

I knew Brandon and when we were kids we broke into a trailer. That trailer held things like lights, metal and random things for storage. Brandon lit it on fire and I got caught. I told him I would not tell on him if he paid me whatever the cost of the trailer was when I got out of the YDC in Manchester NH. I went in at 14, had a commitment at that awful place and ended up in a group home home. I got a job and went 1.5 years barley seeing $30 a week and working 25 hours a week. Brandon never paid me. Karma comes around in strange ways. Bye bye Brandon, have a fun life 🎉.
The judge checked the form AFTER it’s been read aloud?!!? That’s messed up and backwards! I don’t like the way this judge did this.. Also Making foreperson stand alone and declare verdict.. This is horrible way to do it
Why did he kill him? I missed that somehow.
Was there any other things like the other guy had a gun also. I do not know this case.
Every court has a different way of reading the verdicts.
He’ll be the jailhouse/prison minister arranging Bible study etc for the rest of his life
This was such a disturbing trial… Why? Because it's a scary day in America when the cops have absolutely NO evidence at all that you have shot and killed someone, however the jury finds you guilty of 2nd degree murder simply because you are in the same place as the decedent.
Guilty.
All you people saying the jury got it right and justice was done should hope you’re never in a position like that . If someone can be found guilty with no actual evidence is disgusting and frightening to imagine.
What a joke of a legal system. Convicted with NO evidence at all. All circumstantial at best. That should be frightening to everyone that this could happen to any of us.
Praise God!
The judge reminds me of David Ogden on M*A*S*H.
Judge: "When the clerk reads your jury number you are to let us know orally"
No… no they are to let you know verbally.
What was his defense since it seems everyone already knew he did it?
Justice is Served! Amen 🙏
Religion is about worshipping God and living a good clean life but lately it's about murder I don't understand how it can turn this way… 😢
he will now have a lot of time to argue over the bible
What was his defense?
Wow! This was fast. The jurors have been getting it right lately.
I didnt hear this case, but 2nd degree for shooting a person?
Hallelujah!!!!!!
The murder was unethical/ unjustified all this over a dispute over the good book.
Very evil people
Wow I didn’t see his attorneys say anything to him.
I grew up here and never thought I would see my town on tv. Thank you jury.
How Christian to shoot someone over a biblical dispute that no one knows the answers to ~
Love hearing the clicking of the "silver bracelets" as they humiliate the defendant one last time in front of everyone in the courtroom (and on television) before escorting him back to a holding cell. Adios, Brandon! 🤣😂
He should never get out
Great when the jury gets it right. Restores my faith in the system.
Based on looks alone. Guilty.
This is unjust 😢
Great job jury
