    Mother was there to make her own excuses for daughter illegal parking. You never get out of parking tickets with mommy dearest doing her damnist to get you tickets in the dumbest ways, by thinking you can con the judge, Never works.

    Red light runners should never be excused. There's no excuse for putting other people's lives in danger. 2nd lady has the "haha whoopsie silly me" attitude, and the other one has the sob story. No excuse.

    This judge is such a wonderful human being to take the time, at Paul Harvey would say to hear “ the rest of the story”❗️ Often, those circumstances help this man make the best and fairest legal decisions.

    I love this judge he’s professional honest kind respectful and dignified he reminds me of judge penny who over seen Johnny Depp and Amber Heard it was sad to see amber call out her fans and tried to destroy judge penny and poor Johnny still is getting harassed and many more and then trying to make it look like it’s the other way around and the media is still trying to make out that Johnny is the abuser we’re just so glad that it was definitely done with such high standards of the law and professional all the way through I also believe that having it videoed life was the very best thing to do for us to watch because if we did not then we would definitely have just to listen to the media lies with out knowing that they were lying and also helps the judge to be protected as well as others in the court room especially when amber started blaming everyone one at a time because she didn’t get what she wanted, so I believe that having life feed should be in every case,it’s not everyday you meet judges that work hard for justice and keep true to their job as in the uk and others you can get judges who have forgotten the whole reason to wanting to be a judge but lose their way and not playing by the rules,so it’s refreshing to come across judges who have stayed loyal to their oath they took its lovely how he does not just listen but he takes notice of their body language ,god bless them 💯😇👍❤️🇬🇧

    i accidentally found this video and im in love with this judge, hes charming yet professional at his work and you can see hes a good man trying to uphold the law while also trying to be totalitarian.

    All along, we all hear it said there are still good people in this world. I hope this judge is appreciated. He has brought me to tears with the thoughtfulness, consideration, and compassion he has shown towards others in his courtroom.

    Judge Caprio is a great judge. I remember a case a while ago where a US Veteran was given a ticket for running a red light, but said red light turned red moments before the veteran was about to cross the crosswalk. He had the ticket dismissed, had it removed from the Veteran's driving record and the Veteran didn't need to pay a penny. Frank Caprio is incredible.

    I haven't seen this Judge on YouTube for quite some time. It's wonderful to see him again. His knowledge, values and skills are second to none. I'm so grateful for him and to him, I hope that I am able to find him in future videos.
