  1. why would anyone think. Craigslist's is a good place to rent a home, apartment or duplex. smh! There's like 20 legitimate websites. smh I honestly don't feel sorry for these people. Craigslist 🤦‍♂️

  2. I don’t care how desperate you are if someone asks you to go to get gift cards at a store, just say” Yeah I’m not doing that you are a scammer I don’t want any part of this I don’t know how you fucking sleep at night goodbye” then hang up and fast

Because you know something is wrong of someone sells you a house then asks you to go get gift cards, you know something is off then so you don’t do that, because good thing she+ was just a scammer she might’ve done worse like hack into the store’s system and take the money from the company, or posted threats something like that, so you just never know eh that’s why you just hang up if your asked to do that

  3. I was looking for a place to rent and came across my parents' house. It was for sale, they stole the pictures and were posing as my parents. I messaged them and everything, they told me to peak in the windows because they moved to California! My family still lived there!!!

  4. Red flags for rental properties are 1. They Don’t have a # to call, only email.
    2. They want you send $ before even seeing the said property in person.
    3. Doesn’t show but maybe one Picture of the property, like they Only have a picture on the ad of just the front of the house.
Anyone can take a picture on their phone of a house , then make a fake ad. These scammers are Horrible!
    Don’t fall for it!

  5. I came very close to being scammed renting a property in Charlottesville, VA. He sent me an application and I completed it (no confidential information was given). When I was ready to view the property, the "owner" said that he was out of town and I could look through the windows. Then he added that that I could send the $1200 to his "secretary". I emailed him straight back telling him that he was a scammer.
I have had several scammers try to get my money and I have yet to fall for any of them, but I would never condemn anyone for falling for scammers. Everyone has not had the experience of being in that situation.

  6. I rented 3 homes I found on craigslist but I notice the ones that are scams. This one house I called and he said I can send my down payment to him in Africa because he's on vacation and he will send me the keys in the mail, who would ever fall for that. They will always take you on a tour of the property before giving any payments. People have to be smarter than that to send money to somebody you never seen in another state.

  7. Ugh this is so common and I live here in SarasotaBradenton Fl, it’s over a $1000 for a one bedroom in a somewhat good area… houses above $250,000 at least.. for an older house.. if it’s too good to be true it usually is…🤨

  8. Hi my name is Brian Martin Verescak. I have scammed many women in thousands of dollars. I admit that I have used Amazon mainly to con possible customers into purchasing non name brand product for name brand product price
