  1. The Pullman police said the Easton Pa Veteran shot and killed by Swat was threatening to kill roommate's and other people . Was he connected to Brian since they were from the same area in Pennsylvania ? Question they said one of the college students was making 100,000 a year? Was Brian the driver and the guy used his K bar. Question being a Pa car they don't require a front plate in Pa ? But Idaho requires a front plate?

  2. If Baby Dominic ‘s murderer did not get death penalty this guy should not either. If such a horrible crime as Baby Dominic’s by his own father! Does not deserve DP nothing does. Let this guy go free at least they were not his own blood.

  3. Taking the knife with him could make additional traces. Also he had to expect that by a chance Police will run after him almost immediately after the murder. If he had the knife with him, it would be danger. For this reason in my opinion he could put the knife into a hidden place inside the house, or close to him. It could be for example a pipe of aircondition system. If he had the knife with him, he would probably kill the surviver; as we know, coming downstairs he had to see opened doors from the appartment on the ground floor, and a girl looking at him. She glanced at him, but he didn’t react. He had to see her, but walked out. There are possible explanations; one is that he hadn’t the knife with him at the moment. In this scenario fighting with a girl without the knife could make many additional DNA traces, because she would fight using her nails. Also wihout knife he couldn’t sacrify her to his Upper Instance; in my opinion his action could have religious background, he killed „human animals”, and could devote them to his „Superior Instance”. This is one scenario why he could ignore her. He couldn’t kill her in the other way. If she slept at the moment, he could kill her safely if he had the knife. It was could be impossible to him at the moment, because he was not in the possession of the knife.

The other scenario is that the surviver cooperated with Bryan K.

Generally, at the moment he was afraid he made lot of noise, some victims were very noisy. Dog was barking all the time as I suppose, victims were screaming, he could lost cold blood. For this reason he made general mistake leaving the sheat. It could be the reason for that. If there was any possible way to leave the knife on the crime scene, for example putting it into the existing pipe system, or under the roof, or into the existing infrastructure of any kind, he could leave the knife there. Also it is possible, that the girl who was the „second” Bryan’s helper has taken the knife. It would explain, why he didn’t kill her. We know that Bryan K. asked Police if he was the only person arrested. I would say, that if the „surviver” is a Jew, as Bryan K. is, it is possible that they cooperated: Police should investigate weather they met before, or made phone calls, even in the deep past. Sewere interrogation could reveal new facts. This is the reason why the trial could be postponed, by the way; because new facts were revealed, and the collection of proofs is still in progress.

Also any traces, for example any data related to power consumption, use of laundry, on the crime scene shortly after the murder would act against the surviver, as the only person active early in the morning, knowing what happened. The surviver is the most interesting person during investigation. She should be checked as a possible suspect, not observer nor potential victim. It is necessary to check the room of the surviver, and if Bryan K. was inside it, the surviver cooperated with him.

  4. This is Still, A Heart wrenching needless loss of Life….. And There is A Lot to be Learned from This…… And This act was Nothing Less than Calculated cold blooded Murder…. And I hope Young people learn from this about how they are Living their Lives…… we need not to be doing the wrong things at the wrong time……. I have followed this case from right after the Murders took Place……. and have not forgotten the Tragic loss of life…….. My Heart goes out to all family members….

  5. I think the exculpatory info is them not calling LE. If they saw him why where they not called. Maybe that's why it's a grand jury now so the roommates do not get cross examined.

  6. Only thing i’m still trying to wrap my head around after following this all of this time is, the two survivors, they steady say how they saw, and heard all of this stuff happen and take place but the very first phone call to the police did not happen til what 11:55 the next morning? HOURS after everything happened. Still thinking something fishy is going on.

  7. I think they’re possibly gonna say that Bethany spoke to the roommates after the time that Dylan saw “Bryan” leave and that because he left and they were still alive, he couldn’t have done it. But then it makes me question when it was done then and who by and idk it doesn’t seem that plausible

  8. I am from Saudi Arabia and I heard about this case it makes me sad and terrified even I am far away '! I wonder what is the motivation and how he did it… I have a lot of questions

  9. BCK was throwing out garbage in PA in another neighbors garbage can..he was in the area, he had an i.d. card from one of the victims. The sheath…come on…there's a lot against that POS.

  10. If Bethany saw anything different than Dyllan, then its possible there were two perpetrators. Why wasn't her testimony known in the original reports?. It means nothing to me because there could have been two killers. Plus all the technical data still puts Brian Kohberher in that area. That sheath had his DNA.

  11. Surely, the two remaining witnesses are in a traumatic state, that they would or could have memories that they don't want to remember. Where does the compassion towards the witnesses start and stop at?
