  1. I can understand not wanting to pay a soon to be ex spouse alimony. But the stupidity to think you can just kill that spouse and get away with it is beyond belief. Oops I accidently shot my wife –cmon.

  2. No reputable gun Smith would make those ridiculous claims. Especially if they have seen the actual gun itself. It's absurd to say what they did, when you have no idea what has been done to the trigger, sear, and/or hammer.

  3. Another thing, I think that anytime there is an accidental shooting the jury should take that actual gun to the firing range. Guns don’t accidentally go off. It’s 10+ pounds of pressure. It’s not easy

  4. if your truly scared and feel in fear of your life how the f*%^k do you peacefully nod of to sleep cuddling a gun? WHAT HAPPENED TO ALL THAT WORRY AND ADRENALIN . I call bulls*%t

  5. In one breath: "Tex McGyver, a powerful attorney…" In the next breath: "Owed his wife hundreds of thousands of dollars". First of all, who owes a spouse money? Seriously? Second, if he's soooooo powerful, where did all his own money go, that made him need to borrow from his wife?

  6. All 3 of the spokesmans stories jive and could very well be true, at the very least they DO NOT exclude each other.(2 for sure could both be true, and all 3 isnt a stretch either, remember this is a riche white prick.)

  7. "i'm so scared someone will rob us give me the gun. K thanks good night" yup not suspicious at all. BTW if you're so damn scared why did you go to sleep? or give the gun to someone who was oh i don't know awake?!

  8. hard to pull the trigger on a revolver are you fucking dense???
revolvers have the lightest single action triggers around. griping in double action they are very hard to pull but if he had it cocked and locked I've seen competition revolvers with less than a pound trigger pull. fucking blow on that trigger and it'll go off.
THEY DID NO SPECIFY WHETHER HE CARRIED THE REVOLVER COCKED AND LOCKED

  9. I know what happen; he fell asleep and when he woke up it was dark and all he could see was a dark figure sitting in his wife's seat and he thought that they must had gotten car jacked by Black Lives Matter, and being in fear for his life he shot the person, but when they drove pass a street light he realized that he had shot his wife so they drove her to the hospital but she died, so he went home and sold all her clothes…but had he not been afraid of BLM, none of this would've ever happened. So he's suing BLM for his wife's wrongful death.
