  1. I get the family did not want to relive the details but for god sake think about the other women at risk when he gets out of prison because you didn’t fight the first time. This is the kind of guy that will kill again. He should never get out of prison for that reason alone. I hope the appeal went through. He should have never gotten a deal.

  2. 21:45 ”As u can see in the photos, she wasnt afraid of me” …yah bud, classic case of DV! All couples look happy in photos, but photos dont tell any “stories” & can be quite deceiving 🤦🏼‍♂️

  3. He openly admitted to having sex with a minor when he said she was pregnant with HIS child!! He needs to be registered as a sex offender!!!!

  4. Benjamin Klinger is where he belongs,in prison!
Let him serve his 56 years,if he still alive afterwards, let him out.
He'll be around 73,hopefully no longer a threat to anyone else.

  5. Paige it is okay. She is not the last friend you will leave behind. Not your fault. You did the right thing breaking off the friendship. It protects you.

  6. There is something wrong, psychologically, with anyone who stays with an abuser, period! And as far as the mother not pursuing the first degree murder charge, I myself would have pursued it ALL the way. Regardless of any pain it caused me. Because my daughter would deserve justice!

  7. Everyone is going off about the bystanders not realizing they were probably in shock plus it was 2am so it was very dark, and everything was going by way to fast. Add that the guy was given a specific instruction to not mess with them. It's more of a chaotic scenario than, let's say a scenario like stopping a person from taking a purse or something. Regardless most people are in fear of being hurt themselves. I talk a big game too, don't get me wrong. I always say that I will jump into action to help but depending on the situation most people will either be confused, scared, or selfish. We are not Navy Seals even though we think we can be but Navy Seals get scared sometimes too.
FYI: As an ex of mine was trying to kill me, I was screaming for help and not one person came out of their apartment to help me. But of course when the convoy of police, ambulance, and fire trucks showed up then everyone was suddenly awake at 3am. I was angry and couldn't fathom why no one helped but I had to let that go and try to understand their reasoning.

  8. I’m a little surprised. A lot of times with pleas is that you can’t appeal. He said that she died from car accident but that not true. Sitting on her head suffocating her. My prayers to this family. I love how the family is staying strong and bring it on attitude if by chance the appeal goes through. God bless them

  9. Update – As of Nov 7, 2017, Judge DENIED his request for a new trial. At his appeal he attempted to claim ineffective counsel. His previous attorney testified that he advised Klinger of what he would face. Numerous witnesses to their volatile relationship and his prior threats to intentionally crash his car. He further stated that he did NOT tell him what his choice should be. The decision was strictly up to Klinger. The judge stated that there was no merit to his claim, and it is obvious that the full extent of his sentence has finally become apparent, and he has become dissatisfied with it. "Displeasure with your sentence, or hindsight regret of your decision, cannot change this." I have a funny feeling he's getting payback in jail. He's the one being bullied and there's nothing he can do about it.

  10. This is why parents need to use their authority and start forcefully keeping their kids away from people like this. She was a minor, plain and simple. The mom should have put a forceful stop to it.
