  1. I was on Prozac and Xanax for about 34 yrs, I was told that after that amount of time I'd probably never be able to get off them…well a few yrs ago I had enough and I just quit cold turkey even after the warnings, but I know myself and also knew I needed to do it my way, their "tapering" method never worked for me..I did spend several months feeling horrible but i was determined…and those two drugs are nothing to sneeze at…..😅

  2. Poor Bruce. How did medical come about clearing him? Even before he passed out the first time, the officer just passing by noticed something wrong. What kind of certification do the “nurses” have?

  3. I gotta say…it's absolutely hilarious that the…nurse?… said that Bruce was lucky he was in jail when he seized when it was, in fact, being in jail (forced sobriety) that caused him to seize. I'm not saying he shouldn't've been in jail…just that it was funny the way she looked at it.

  4. It is heartbreaking to see the physical condition of the detainees – but I have been binge watching this show all day and the officers treatment of those in their care somehow manage to maintain order yet show such compassion and offer excellent explanations of their reasons why they were arrested, and a willing ear to everyone willing to listen. They give those who have unfortunately been arrested compassion and empathy- they really go above and beyond.

I stopped watching the show for the “shock factor” and instead watch it in admiration of the officers who are on the show.

Such an excellent protocol for those who are combative and everything they do to get them booked, seen by the nurse, and given a hot meal.

I had no idea what went on “behind the scenes” until I watched this show. And I am saddened that these officers are not known and recognized for all of the good they do: from controlling someone combative and drunk and/or high to confused first timers to those who hit rock bottom- they are superbly trained and have an excellent protocol- but it definitely takes a specific mindset to work this job and thank goodness for all of them 💜

  5. Wise words said by the officer, “ I’m pretty sure a happy drunk, doesn’t mean a happy person”, think about that statement for a minute, it says a Lot…..

  6. These guards are pathetic, they twist arms and deliberately hurt people to get compliance. No wonder bullies love being prison guards, in most Western countries they would be charged with assault. Judges punish people in court not weak dogs who work as guards.

  7. An IV in the neck? Well, that's interesting.
I worked in ERs for 20 years and never had to resort to the jugular vein for an IV. Unnecessarily dangerous.
Also, 'shock' is a very specific hemodynamic state (most commonly from blood loss). That wasn't the situation here.

  8. @9:45 this is what a system that completely fails to care for the most vulnerable members in our midst looks like, fueled by politicians that cater to greed, indifference and – most of all – hypocrisy …all while having the gall to call the United States a "Christian" nation.

  9. Hi Beams?? I'm SUPER MEGA MIGHTY HAPPY THAT YOU ARE THERE!!!😂😂🤣🤣😅😅BLINDING EVERY DRIVER IN VEGAS NOT COOL. MARIJUANA 🐈FLAVOR. LOL😛🐈😛🐈😛🐈😛🐈😛🐈
