  1. I watched the entire trial on YouTube.. When Creighton ended cross examination with the Daniel Green video..
    I was like YES!!!!!
As that video began to play.. Murdaugh KNEW EXACTLY where Waters was going with it and he could NOT hide from it!!
Showing PLAINLY the he lied from the get go.. even the 911 tape he said the same lie!

  2. Murdaughs attorneys: it was the Judge, Jurys and public’s fault bc of the notoriety. We will be appealing.

Prosecution attorneys: In the midst of the notoriety, let’s not forget the true victims and the family that was torn apart due to this. We need to remember people are still suffering even with the outcome.

  3. This case was never about Alex stealing money or Alex killing his wife and boy I'm not saying he's innocent or guilty even though they found him guilty I'm just saying this was politics at its best this guy wanted to bring this guy down because he knows he had a big name this prosecutor should have never been able to try this case

  4. Best prosecutor has proved to everybody that he hated this family and he loved doing what he done he brought Alex down when he should have been excluded from the case because the way he acted everybody knows that he hated his family and that he should have never been able to prosecute this this guy they should have been a special prosecutor brought in

  5. In my eyes it was a mercy killing . There was a good chance Paul would go to jail. With the media attention and the civil trial and his firm starting to dig around he was desperate. He killed Paul t save the rest of family. It went wrong and he had to kill Maggie. Why is it hard to believe? Seen it 100 times

  6. Lol, the prosecutor who is used to explaining to juries talks about 'state of mind' but the reporter (not sure how to spell your name) uses the latin term Mens Rea instead!

  7. Fantastic outcome & I just marvel at the enormous amount of work put into this trial by this team! I do wonder if Buster had been at the dog kennels that night would AM have shot & killed him too!!??

  8. Not sure he was a great lawyer, Personal injury is pretty lucrative. Just need to be at a firm that pulls in big cases to be successful. It generates lots of money , not like other types of law where there is no big commercial entity ready to pay out millions to settle.
