If a child does not want to go visit their parent something is wrong and the courts should listen. Once a man is proved to be abusive the courts should automatically have the visitation supervised for at least 3 years because abusers see the children as pawns to hold on to their main victim and they usually despise the child if they take the other parents side. The courts really need to stop acting like they can’t see the obvious

Children should have a voice and be heard ..this little girl clearly didn't want to go to her father's YET the courts forced her to and look at the outcome shame on them all and the police for not doing more to protect them. To have a child go missing and never knowing what happened to them I can't imagine what that mother's going through unimaginable pain and torment not knowing.. I'm praying that one day this little girl will be found and brought home to her family. 💔

Sorry, but Bethany would have been able to come forward if she was an adult now. This abusive, nasty man has killed her, to punish the mother for leaving him.

When I saw the title I knew the father did it. Men are so emotionally unstable when they don't get their way. This is why the most dangerous time in a woman's life is when she's exiting a relationship from a male. This child was murdered by her father and it's clear.
