  1. I hope that he can't sleep at night seeing her face as she died at the result of his sloppy and dangerous performance of his duties. However, I believe to him it was like swatting a fly and he won't think twice about it.

  2. An abusive cop vs A cracked out prostitute, with so little evidence to go by. I'm not surprised by the verdict however it's not surprising that something like this happened when two crappy individuals meet.

  3. He is certainly guilty of being a cop, and that seems to be enough for some people. After the first hung jury, I could only wonder what if any new evidence the State had. Apparently none. I'll be interested to see what the feds have in their case.

  4. Good, ppl want cops and law abiding citizens to go to jail but wants criminals to get justice and set free. This is a backwords country now and it needs to stop!

  5. He still has to live with himself. Imagine, loses his job. Will now have law suit and win millions. So in the end, life can be hard, stick with it, but u do get rewarded in the end

  6. To all the people sending condolences to the family, at the end of the day they weren't there to stop her from being a dope fiend who sold her body and stabbed a cop; they were more than happy for the paycheck at public expense.

  7. I don't know this guy… and haven't heard anything about this case. I just hope justice was done. If a police officer is innocent, they don't deserve to go to prison. If they're guilty, they deserve to be punished.

  8. No matter I may feel about the verdict, I don't blame the jury. They had to work with what they were given which was not much. His behavior in that car is only alarming when you know his past, that wasn't allowed in. Hearing that young woman scream for her life is heart wrenching to say the least, but the prosecution still had to prove beyond a reasonable doubt. Hopefully states will look into other ways to prove you're an officer when you are undercover because it's frightening to think some can just walk up to you and handcuff you without proof that a REASONABLE CITIZEN would recognize. Officers are paid servants, we should know who they are when we ask!
