  1. I don't buy it. Why would an FBI agent go along with murdering his wife's husband because he was leaving her?

  2. It's hard for me to believe her story. She comes off as a spoiled (i want what i want) and impulsive. I'm flying off to Ireland to live with a man I've never seen. I WANT to adopt the children. As a father he has every right to decide if and when that happens. I would never take that personal. Why would u be possessive about this? May be he had more respect for his first wife's memory. Children are not stupid. I also trust the boy's legal testimony. There's a good motive for her to be the aggressor if she didn't want the kids to go back to Ireland. She could have purposely created a tense situation to give her father an excuse to get involved.

  3. He sounded calm because he was a trained FBI agent. It would be sad if our FBI agents would get easily overwhelmed and cry hysterically when something traumatic happens…

  4. The man must have had a reason why he didn't agree for her to adopt the kids.. probably for the fear of her taking over everything and leaving him with nothing, kicking him out and also asking for childsupport and alimony in case of divorce… he probably knew her plans and had to die for it.

Everyone talking bout what kinda domestic violence that happened to them bla bla but, this ain't y'all story, so please judge with your brains.

  5. I almost got years of probation/prison for self defense and had to spend time in jail while the people that attacked me and one with a baseball bat that came back and attacked me again, got NOTHING and not a single thing happen to them. And even with my ex when I was choked out I remember after doing with my neck exactly what she was doing. Bruises show up later! Self defense can be so hard to fight. I'm sorry for those kids though. Losing both parents is hard even if their dad was who he was.

  6. If I had been their attorney, they probably would not have ended up in hand cuffs from jump street. And it was their STUPID decision to speak to the police when their defense obviously turned into a crime. You do not have to lie but sometimes, you do have to be quiet.

  7. If these two just declined to be interrogated without a lawyer, they never would have spent a day in a prison cell. Only stupid people speak with cops without a lawyer.

  8. The son's new version is laughable…Molly didn't make him lie, he told the truth on his own but once back in Ireland, his uncle made him create a fake story so they could put her in jail.

  9. You mean to tell me a retired life long federal agent didn't have the resources and connections to help his daughter legally? A paving stone was on the nightstand? Also I expect her Dad to have come up with a better murder plan, it's like he didn't learn anything at the fbi

  10. This investigation seems so poor to me, a retired FBI agent more than likely isn’t going to sound shocked and distressed on the phone, could’ve also been in shock. Also bruises don’t appear right away, each person is different. Appears like they’re trying to make the victim of abuse and violence as the bad person, if those kids were scared of their father that is the most honest testimony you can get.

  11. “not going off the facts but the evidence” yep i have been proven again, stupid people can get famous and get rich in the day in age we live in

  12. The way this channel is twisting the story in favour of the wife and father is concerning. If you read or watch other accounts of this case, it's not as black and white as they're making it look. If anything the wife and father are suspect af.

  13. Dude would have killed her eventually…..temperamental drunk bully. Sad the jury couldn't see that, based on ALL the evidence surrounding domestic violence….

  14. ok ppl it could of been he was trying to get her of then her dad came a hit with a bat so i no this she wanteda baby for so long she couldnt she had a fiancee who she left behind she heard telling he w sister as talking about leaving because she wanted hes kids it alot missingthings i think she try to kill him herself asked dad to herlp

  15. I get subtitles during the interrogations but it’s not needed for the twin brother…it’s not that difficult to understand what he was saying 🙄 also this is fucked up

  16. My gut says that Molly and her father did not mean to kill Jason. They just don't appear to be manipulative killers in my opinion. Somethings missing here. There is seemingly no motive? I have a strong intuition signalling me that the truth is that they're probably innocent and it truly was self defense. Plus, marks don't always show up immediately after being choked, I've heard many surviving victims of strangling attest to this notion. I hope their convictions get overturned.
