   This is common practice for some parts in the middle East. It's unbelievable that the police didn't search for more information even when they dropped the case. They were naïve to think that nothing happened.

   The mother is absolutely foolish. I cannot imagine being abused and going back for more abuse… but how on earth she kept going back after the daughters were beaten; molested and also had forced marriages on the table. She’s a poor excuse for a mother.

    I remember this story and it's still so sad. Two beautiful girls were taken out because of their so called parents.

I'm a stranger, but I can see the light radiated from you both through these segments and have followed all the tragic details since the beginning. You were both failed and for that I am so sorry.     those daughters never should have had boyfriends and should have left dad find them a good Muslim man. I feel sorry for the dad who went to prison just for trying to help his daughters find a good husband. This is what is wrong with this country where teenagers think they know more than the parent. The mom should have never put foolish ideas in the kids heads and been silent and followed the husbands demands.
