  1. Sgt. Henry is a hero. I wish most cops had his back bone and moral compass, but unfortunately, time and time again, he is the exception rather than the rule. Thank you for doing what's right officer Henry.

  2. That young man is physically fit person. Even with that handcuff and overboard him i don’t think that is cause of death. He still can use his leg to fin to the surface to breath. Unless if that fucking patrol policeman push him overboard with his hand handcuff and push his head to the water to drowning him to death.

  3. This very stupid judgement can cause USA president arrested and charged for being complicit with crime and just let go this stupid shit judgement happen….unbelievable….

  4. I hope the parents sue and win big so this never happens to another family. The officer should be fired. Who would jump into the water while handcuffed? Only a person committing suicide.

  5. When are these vile f&$@#&d up cops be held liable for the bullshit they cause. This is why no one backs the blue cause of shit like this! May this family find peace ❤️

  6. That cop clearly didn't care about the kid's life. He should have jumped in the water right away to save him, not 4 minutes later. That alone makes him responsible for the death.

  7. The reason why he waited to jump.in cause he was ro over weight and was to much work for him it was disgusting and hope who ever was responsible for his murder cause that's what it is murder and cover up gets justice

  8. That ugly trooper and his pals will fry in hell. What a horrible way for anyone to die. This is one of the most disturbing instances of a worthless human being taking the life of a valuable young man.

  9. This is DISGUSTING!!! My heart breaks for this family. 💔 A total miscarriage of justice! This cop is a murderer that cared more about his arrest numbers than a human life! He should have jumped in and got him!! Even more horrible is the people in that profession joining in joking and protecting him! UGH!! Sick.

  10. This is exactly why “ quota” should be a thing of the past so many times things go horribly wrong due to the fact they have a set number of arrest to make they will do and say ANYTHING to be the “hero”

  11. I literally cried watching this. I can't imagine how scared he was when he tried to stay above water and trying to get his hands free. And that people was joking about the father who lost his soon in one of the most heartbreaking ways. How can you even call yourself human after saying stuff like that?!

  12. Why on earth the cop didn't jump into the water right away to save him? Such a horrible way to die. My heart goes for the parents. Very tragic.
