It’s every parent’s worst nightmare. Eighteen-year-old Caleb Diehl walked out the door and never came home. Investigators learned Caleb had worked odd jobs for a family friend, Ricky Howard, a businessman with a checkered past. Years after the teen’s disappearance, Ricky was charged with sexually assaulting multiple children, and investigators found pornographic images of Caleb on his electronics. But sadly, Caleb is still missing, and his family continues to hold out hope.

The depressing irony is that he actually got a longer sentence for the child porn and sexual assault than he probably would have for murdering Caleb.
