Rosie did it. Its clear. Just her 911 call is revealing her guilt. You can hear in her voice that she is involved if not you would call in panic this is not a panic call that she made.
omg revisiting the case and seeing that Miguel Enrique Salguero-Olivares got arrested for her murder, now I see it was not an erik but infact an enrique, even though the voicemail did not get his exact name it was pretty close!

Rossie could be a nick name for Karina Rosario last name. Everything points out no forced entry all the other clues beside the 911 call that Rossie=Rosario is involved.
The note too was definitely what a female would say. Even though the cops said that the killer's DNA was found on the bag and pen, the female involved told him to write that. They're not stupid and they're very jealous because they probably heard that Faith wanted to sleep with their man or something.
Thanks to crime watch, truly criminal, and all other crime podcasts that gave us the chance to hear about Faith's case. Mr. Arlo West and the PIs and the columnist who helped also. I'm sure the family appreciates you all. Also, if anyone has a link to the voicemail before it was audited and analyzed by Mr. West please post it. I would love to listen to it because I knew that even though it was unintelligent I heard a female screaming.
Faith's death was a personal one. I also think that Olivares did not do it alone. I think that two particular people are involved. Their names keep on coming up. They know themselves. It's unfair! You all get to live and carry on with your lives while this beautiful and promising young girl was killed. I also think that Faith was killed over jealousy. Faith was pretty and had a great personality. She turned heads when she walked that was their problem. To the woman involved, no sin goes unpunished. Continue to rip, angel. Your murder touched a lot of hearts including mine. Waiting for justice to be serve like…….
DNA matches, the sperm, the bottle and the note for a male, named Miguel Enrique Salguero-Olivares , which was arrested a year ago.

I think it was clear eric was at the scene. T-Pain lyrics isnt just lyrics u can rap his lyrics are quite quick. It is something someone who is very into music would know and at this time T-Pain wouldn't have them lyrics that would just trend and u would know it instantly like nicki minaj "Pull up on an opp do we have a problem" its something, A. Someone who is into rapping would do, B. Would have to sit down and learn the lyrics. I believe Eric was their as to me he claimed to be an aspiring rapper and his song choice shows someone who is into the rap game. How many of u can admit that u can listen to this T-Pain song once and be able to know the lyrics just like that or anyone listens to T-pain constantly. Its no coincidence to me
They got the dude that did it they arrested him in January of 2022 by getting the DNA from the rape kit and finding relatives of his and then finally getting his DNA

100% accurate. They recently arrested her killer. Miguel Enricay something or another (I can't remember his full name). I bet a month's wages it was Faith's friend Rosario and this guy. Rosie and Erik. Hopefully cops will take her down too!!!

This is almost 100% incorrect. They did analyze it. They just didn’t release it. It was a call inside the club she went to earlier that night.
and i will say it right now… the cops NEEDED to pin this on the roommates. and since there was zero evidence against them cops had to make the evidence fit the suspects and failed miserably

they’ve just arrested Miguel Enrique Salguero-Olivares for her murder based on a DNA match. one of my oldest friends is named Enrique, and a lot of people call him Rick for short. this detective is an analytical genius.
