  1. If the United States government can see fit for gypsy rose to get out why not the brothers they been in prison over three decades gypsy is dangerous and was out in less than 10 years I say let them out they served enough time gypsy didn't serve enough

  2. Doesn’t matter if they were abused part of release is accepting responsibility for what you did-it’s the reason LOTS of inmates DONT get paroled-they should simply take responsibility and say what they did and that they lied out they backside-then they could more than likely get out.

  3. That courtney is despicable for what she did. How convenient for them to make such a "mistake."

The video and audio evidence is unmistakable.
Then the VIG LIE that she threw the knife 🗡️ at him.

Add a hate crime to it.

  4. My parents wished me harm and did me actual harm but had no money, so I walked away without murdering them in their sleep. The Menendez brothers had that option, too. It was a brutal murder and afterwards they lied about it and enjoyed their windfall; but I think 30 years is probably enough time in prison IF they'll admit they acted out of greed and anger. Which they won't.
In the Sementilli case, Christopher Austin was an EXCELLENT witness, especially compared to his co-conspirator, Robert Baker. Austin may be a gullible fool but he told the truth in court.

  5. I think they DA shd be ashamed for what he is doing to the brothers. We can all hear and read what those brothers went through but only those brothers truly no what their parents did to them n they have suffered long enough for it. Do I think their sorry, honestly probably yes and no, yes bc it’s their parents but no bc if the brothers didn’t stop their parents then they wld continue to b abused and the brothers cldnt take it anymore. N no matter what we think they endured, it’s most likely 10x worse then what we r thinking. So I think they shd be let out n I think the DA made promises to get where he is today n now he is going bck on those promises bc the DA got what he wanted. He is a liar n clearly only cares for himself n not for what ppl have gone through.

  6. I'm only 6 minutes in… and your guest is SPOT ON. I truly am lovely how he is articulating the Menendez situation, and I respect his opinion. I also, agree. If I were the prosecutor, id do the same that he explained. If the victims' family wants them out; and they likely know more than anyone, id follow their recommendation. What is the benefit of keeping them behind bars other than LOSING taxpayer money? If they aren't a risk to the public, let them out. 💗🙏🏼 (I really liked Hockman until he dragged politics in this. It was obvious from the first comment on how the governor can just 'wave a magical hand' and get the Menendez brothers out. Hes passing the buck

  7. I just watched a story on a woman who was abused and R by her dad and other people who lived in the home. She was 16 at the time. She set a fire on plans to escape, but the fire got out of control and killed 6 people inside the home. She was the first 16 yr old in the Indiana women's prison, and she will be one of the first to die there. She's in her 40s now.

  8. There is abuse & then there is the extreme, sadistic abuse the Menendez brothers survived!! The absolute control & fear Jose had over them was astronomical!! Jose proved he would not allow them to ever be free from his terror!! Kitty never did anything to help her children because she resented them because they got Jose’s ‘attention’ & she enabled the abuse!! She would rather have Jose then to protect her own children & in her mind she couldn’t live without Jose which she said to many people!! Nobody truly knows what they endured or how they would handle it if the same thing happened to them because nobody has the same situation or reaction!!! There is physical evidence & a lot of people who know some of the abuse they endured!! The guy from Menudo even came forward telling Jose r@ped him when he was barely a teenager & he has no reason to lie!! I believe there are more victims of Jose & I wish they would come forward even if their identities are kept from the public!!!

  9. I don't agree with you Josh there's too much evidence that you'll calls the text messages the relationship he was lying for her and if you listen to all the jail calls he clearly said he would lie for her and take all the blame so no he's not credible

  10. The case of the brother's was stripped back after oj walkwd free. They werent allowed to talk about thier abuse or other things. They deserved to be released, yiu let oj off with murder

  11. The Courtney Clenney case…why do so many lawyers f up? As Josh says, it could all have been avoided!
Maybe now she will get out on bond and who knows, I think she will go free!

  12. UK replay crew 🇬🇧👋🏻 Thanks for the updates and fantastic analysis.

I do hope the prosecution hasn’t completely torpedoed the case against Courtney Clenney as I’m convinced she’s guilty. She is a potential flight risk if she’s let out on bond, too, because she travelled so much modelling.

Menendez brothers, I feel very conflicted about. I think they were abused but don’t believe that excuses the obvious premeditation.

I haven’t really followed the Monica Sementelli case so still have an open mind but lean towards guilt at the moment.

  13. I grew up being beaten with dog chains, sweeping brush, picked up and battered from wall to wall and against iron door guards, jumped on, kicked, knocked out by both parents 2nd oldest off 11 kids and constantly toldifi told teachers reall be taken into care, my younger siblings didn’t get hit sibi was terrified of getting them out into care, I grew up dreading going home after school, I was in all he top spot teams, netball, volleyball, running for school, swam for the school, played in the top chess team traveling up and down Scotland winning school tournaments, went to ballet, tap, highland from age 2 until 16, I hated my childhood as terrified of beatings every day, i became my parents fix they took frustration out, as I got older I did think about taking’s knife and keeping it under my pillow as feared I would have to defend myself, I eventually left aged 17 in middle of my last beating, ending in A&E then after refusing to charge my parents I was taken to a homeless unit, told to give up my job in M&S and they’d help furnish my flat, payrentbt I chose to take in extra jobs, started off with a rubber mattress , ima survivor, worked 15 years in M&S and a nightclub at night then went to college and got my HND for beauty therapy which I loved, went to university aged 41 and got my nursing degree, I survived, I did not murder my parents , I do have hate for my dad who passed away aged 50, I forgive my Mum as saw the bigger picture of her frustration with a cheating drunk trying yo feed 11 kids, she tried her best in her way, believe Ito not she was brilliant with the younger kids and also raised so many others kids to help save young parents money paying child care, she never took a penny of them, she now has Alzheimer’s but still will comment about “ regretting what she did to me, she admits to being viscious god love her, that’s likely why I forgive her and love her so much, these brothers may have been abused, but they also did a monstrous act, premeditated their parents deaths, then went out on a speeding spree, they where together to be, I’m n against abuse but omg these were monsters also, gubbed nurse from Glasgow Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 love your show Josh, I’m the most forgiving person, but these monsters were entitled monsters , thy could have used their resources to charge those parents not go around a spending spree

  14. The little brother was allegedly abuse, the older brother was not… once they got their hands on money , it was an open faucet. The older brother pre planned the killing, the little brother went along with it. I think the older brother was into money.
