‘Die Mother F**ker’: Eric Robinson Beat Ex’s New Lover To Death, Girlfriend Says

The ex-girlfriend involved in the roommate romance murder retrial testified about the moment Eric Robinson allegedly beat Nicholis Wilcox to death. Isabella Tagliarini, Robinson’s ex-girlfriend, said she heard her new lover, Wilcox, dying — gasping for air. “It’s a noise that’ll never leave my mind,” she said. Tagliarini also testified that she heard Robinson scream “die mother f**cker, die mother f**ker,” until Wilcox was dead.

  1. I cannot believe this comment section. Bunch of heartless psychos with unrealistic ideas of how easy it is to get police to show up in a timely manner. The 911 call will take at least 3-5 minutes then the cops have to get there and none of us know if homeboy stuck around in the house or just outside to see if she would call or try to leave. Her body language is clear. Her word choice as an ESL person is normal. She isn’t being deceptive.

  2. When Isabella was asked "what happened next" by the prosecution (I'd like to say it was), she first finished answering the previous question given to her before moving on with what was presently asked of her. That can appear robotic in the sense that perhaps couldve even practiced answers that she saw coming, prior to getting on the stand. She doesn't sound particularly confident, although English being her second language can compromise for some of that… she sounds rather soberly plain at times. And when she was asked if she was still dating Eric prior to his incarceration… Isabella first started to say "we were officially, but", before she was cut off. Than when she eventually continued answering on, Isabella just plainly said "yes" as in they were officially still dating. However, she could've had something of useful additional information to include in association with her claim of a relationship status, but dIsabella didn't feel confident enough and/or suddenly thought it wasn't nevesaru to elaborate the second time around… unless she was specifically told not to that is….

  3. She’s a liar 🤥 AMAZING how she remembers him showing his driver license etc, but not anything that matters , so relaxed shopping. I believe Eric helped clean up her murder/mess! Obviously Desperate to marry any USA man to stay legally in USA! 🙄

  4. If you have a restraining order it would be nice if they informed you that the person is being released from jail so you would be somewhat prepared

  5. Alot of people don't understand what it is to feel this kind of paralyzing fear, but I do. She did what she believed would keep her, and her children alive at that moment. She just witnessed this monster brutally kill and she believed he would do it to her if she didn't follow his orders. She is still visibly shaking as she sits in court.

  6. Death penalty should be mandatory just like they do in London they don't play around. inmates don't get to spend life in prison 😑 murderers don't have any sensitivity or regrets when they taking a life 🥀🪦⚰️ no mercy. Why should the judge and the court lock them up to feed, clothing them and give him a bed to sleep in. when loved ones in the dirt sleeping. My heart go out to their family 🥀🧸🕯️

  7. To all the people saying she shouldn't have cheated. She had a restraining order against him. This info isn't allowed in the trial and it already caused a mistrial a week ago. Why isn't it allowed I don't know. But if you have a restraining order against someone I am going to assume the relationship is officially over.

  8. She's very credible. Her ethnicity and fear for her and her families life is what you see in her demeanor. Fear especially for your family will manifest in a way some may judge as guilty of murder and force you do do things you would ordinarily not do. I also believe she feels guilt by just being there in forced participation of riding the body, she did not murder the victim. Eric Robinson did. ☕

  9. If her story is true, they couldn't have predicted he'd be murdered of course. With that said… what WERE they thinking would happen? They know he's a shady dude (i assume he didnt go to jail for a traffic ticket, and she tells us he had criminal "connections", so he's not mild mannered if you will. He goes to jail, she doesnt get interested AT ALL when he may come out, doesnt break up with him, moves on to their roommate and they dont move out of the apartment the defendant has full access to at any time when he's out. Surely they had to expect some sort of drama at some point. Did she expect she would be able to calm him down about the situation easily, or give him a stern speech to F off and let them be happy without fussing about it? Or was she expecting a fight over her at some point? Cause some women DO get their validation from that. Again, i can see she's traumatized, of course she is, i cant imagine. But what in the world were they thinking? This is pathological on all ends

  10. She didn’t care about either of the two guys, she was using that cat to gain citizenship. At her age she must’ve felt like she needed to find her next option quick since plan A went to jail.

  11. Normally I'm side-eying anyone who says they had to help because they were scared, but I totally believe her. She would've been dead too if she tried to escape.
I just read the judge declared a mistrial on April 17th so they have to do all of this again…
Edit: Also, how in the world is this 2nd degree when he drove over there in the middle of the night with a rod and killed him in his sleep??!! That's definitely premeditated.
2nd edit: I've now learned this is the new trial and it's very impressive to me how fast it happened

  12. Nothing good ever comes from cheating. Emotions are so volatile during that time and people are f******g crazy. I feel like there’s a new trial each week about a love triangle
