‘Demon Time’: Travis Rudolph Breaks Down Deadly Shooting That Followed Mob Attack

“We on demon time,” ex-NFL player Travis Rudolph testified this is what the four men said after they came to his mother’s house and confronted him about an argument with his ex-girlfriend. The confrontation turned deadly when Rudolph grabbed his gun and started to shoot, killing one person and injuring another one. Rudolph further explained he only shot when a gun was pointed at him.

  1. This man should not have to defend himself in court that female sent the 4 guys to unalive him they were on his property with guns and he had to protect his life his brothers life and his moms life

  2. This guy did not just say youre a NFL player you can't handle 4 guys first of all he isn't a lineman and second of all every man bleeds the same especially4-1 you gonna bleed I can't believe he asked that. And he got sucker punched to start it off

  3. It is extremely clear this young man’s death would not have occurred had he not joined forces with others to go to Travis Rudolph’s home to seek justice for what he thought was to defend the sister of his friend. Maybe, he thought it would be a simple fight, maybe not, and we will never know. What we do know is Travis felt very threatened, as not only had he already had Dominique hitting at him when he had to try to force her outside. This, in itself would have his adrenaline going, and so what was he supposed to think when four guys showed up ready for a fight. I would have been terrified. If Dominique had a beef with him, why did she encourage others to take the law into her own hands…why did she not go down to the police station and press charges if she felt he had wronged her? No, she had to do it gangland style by encouraging strong young men to go and illegally take the law into their own hands by trying to take Travis down by being outnumbered. Travis felt threatened and knew this was getting out of hand with “getting choked” and “kicked.” His innocent brother also getting involved, and his poor mother needing protection. Travis would never have had his life interrupted with such devastation if he had known the danger his married girlfriend posed. Travis stated Tyler “pulled out a firearm.” Stay home and let officials handle conflict. Let this be a lesson to any woman who wants her family to get involved when she gets her feelings hurt.

  4. She is the one that premeditated this whole thing and got a young man killed. The state should charge her and the rest of the trespassers.

  5. It’s so much easier to testify, no matter who is questioning you, when you simply tell the truth. I don’t know this young man, but if I was a juror on this trial, there is no doubt in my mind that Travis was telling the truth, and those other punks were full of it.

  6. Y’all, the attorney questioning him is Travis’s attorney. Yes, his attorney is asking him “ridiculous” questions like: (1) “you’re a football player, can’t you beat 3-4 guys?” and (2) “why did you shoot them?” However, these questions are meant to debunk the Prosecutor’s story and line of questioning. The questions sound ridiculous because that is exactly what the attorney is trying to do: Make the Prosecutor’s claims sound ridiculous.

In my opinion, Travis’s attorney did a great job in his line of questioning by setting the scene and detailing everything step-by-step. Some of his questions were considered “leading” (questions that lead a witness to a specific answer) that’s why you hear the Judge say “sustained.” This means the Prosecutor objected to the leading question and the Judge agreed (sustained) that the question was leading. Thus, Travis’s attorney had to rephrase the question to not be leading. Even when having to rephrase his questions, Travis’s attorney did a great job of ensuring the question was still asked. 👏🏽

  7. This is a text book example of self defense and why its good to own firearms for self defense. He did everything perfectly. He didnt shoot when they werent a threat and did when they were. Dudes innocent. They foolishly went aremed to another mans house with multiple people. In my humble opinion they asked for it. Lucky he didnt shoot all of them. Probably should have. Dont ask for war then try to play victim when war happens

  8. He did exactly what he should've done. Self defense is a right, I'm surprised the left and the media isn't all over this trying to put him under the jail

  9. Believe all women. They NEVER lie, deceive, or mislead . IT’s ALWAYS the male’s fault. SMH
    (Sarcasm)
This woman intentionally lied with the intent to cause harm to another person , resulting in ONE death and multiple injuries and SHE doesn’t get charged ? Yeah, believe ALL women .

  10. He had every right to defend himself! They came to his house with weapons, as instructed, to do damage! This was a waste of tax payers dollars! The men who came there and the girl who sent them should be the ones on trial! Smh how is this justice?
