The crime watch daily people are a little overly dramatic at times. They are covering crimes. No need to be more dramatic about it.
How is it that heroin abusers aren't arrested in this case? Oh wait I forgot, they are white drug users.
The first OD the caller told dispatch, "He's 500 pounds!" Less than half that by the look of him on the stretcher. Dispatchers and first responders often have to deal with distortions and misinformation. They can't assume that a caller really knows what happened.
