  1. I live in OH and I hate a lot of things and it's self defense law is one of them! Like she shouldn't have been charged with anything and then lack of evidence is the ruling omg smh it makes no sense!

  2. Dude it's so annoying how that's littery how it went
The fact she got arrested just because her husband was abusive
Like I mean she didn't even give to the hospital
SHES THERE WITH A BROKEN ARM
CHARGES WENT TO HEF WHY?! 😢!!!
    Disgusting nuh uh..

  3. Basically what happened is the family eventually got to the car to escape. the dad jumped onto the car and fell off suffering brain injuries and died the next day. The mother was charged with vehicular homicide but got the charges dropped. The cops ended up getting to the scene 17 minutes after.

Please make this a liked comment so it will get explained to everyone🥺🥺

  4. That girl is very courageous. Trying to fight off her dad herself while also trying to protect her mom & baby sister. Meanwhile the police are lucky that the mother wasn't killed before they got there. Seems like that's what he was trying to do. I'm glad they no longer have to be afraid of that monster coming after them. I hope they all got the counseling they needed after experiencing such a traumatic event. 😥

  5. She should never have been arrested or charged in the first place. This phone call is all the evidence they needed to see this wife and mother as well as these children were fleeing for their life. They shouldn’t have put them through any further distress.
