  1. Why are people always blaming others for their faults? If he had arrested her then we would be watching a bodycam video and bashing the officer for “exaggerating”. Since she drove off a cliff we are blaming the officer for not detaining her??? She wasn’t slurring her words, she said she was sick, he did even more than his duty was waiting the 7 min

  2. Working long hours and being tired is just as bad as drunk driving. She clearly wasn’t drunk because the officer would have known it. We had to pull 24 hour shifts in the Army for CQ and Staff Duty. You must stay awake the entire 24 hours. After that you are relieved to go home. Those of us who lived off post had to drive home with more than a full 24 hours without sleep. Soldiers kept getting into accidents because of this. They had to change their policy to combat this. This wasn’t an Army wide thing. It was just where I was stationed and Brigade focused only. He had her stop and gather herself. You don’t throw someone in jail for being tired. I know there are so many keyboard lawyers and experts in here. Before you puke your opinion why not stay awake for 16-24 hours and see what you can do. For some of you a cop can’t do anything correctly.

  3. Yes I believe this could have been stopped, I've been pulled over for a lot less, and ticketed. The office obviously didn't assess the situation, and let a cute smile throw him off. If I was a waitress coming home from a strip club at 2am, driving on The wrong side of the road, answering his questions with no understanding what he ment, then she said, he made her nervous so that's why she was driving into incoming traffic? Somethings not right, and yes, we all know if this was another race driving, they would be all over them. There would be suspicion instantly. As any officer she have seen. A life lost cuz an officer on the night shift was too lazy to fill out some paperwork or just pull the girl out for a sobriety test OR escort her home, he escorted her to a gas station and waited 7 mins, how far did she live? Probably close to that7 mins he sat there! So many easy options, instead went for the lazy way out. This is just my opinion

  4. When W Privilege goes wrong. Say what you want out of your stinking mouths but I know for damn sure if I was driving on the wrong side that officer would have not told me to “go over there and gather myself together” lol But R.I.P to the young lady.

  5. Currently the way the laws stand know the officer is not to blame that is why we need to do reform and the what we need to reform is Officer discretion we need to do away with officer discretion if we would not have officer discretion she would have been pulled out of the car she would have been tested and she would have most likely been tooken to jail and been saved but because of Officer discretion he was looking at this pretty little girl and he decided to give her a break and be lenient on her and let her go sit at the parking lot and chill so yes officer discretion killed this girl

  6. I think he knew she was drugged up, or drunk, but wanted to give her a break. That's nice of him but, in the end it may have of cost her her life because if she would have been in custody that would have at least given her a chance-they probably would have noticed what was wrong with her in jail and called the ambulance.
