    I don't understand why people insure their children. It's not like a spouse where you need to replace income. The only other case of insuring a child I've seen is a man who killed his own son for insurance money. So if someone wants to insure a child I think that is a red flag.

    Why would any loving mother stay one second longer if you knew he mistreated his step kids?! My kids will always come before any person especially a stepparent. It would only take one time of any kind of mistreatment for me to take my kids and leave. Sad to think these poor boys were abused and suffered the worst by death at hands of the man that should have cared for and perfected them.

    I totally agree with Mama Llama's comment. Why women think that putting a man before their very own children is just so stupid.
    It is NEVER a good idea. Your children are a part of you and a NEW man is not. Life is simply not about you anymore….I feel badly for her because I am sure she regrets that decision now. Some women just fall for anything it seems. So many red flags for her to see. Poor little boys………..
