  1. "Cruel and unusual punishment" … as opposed to the usual and totally humane punishment of being deprived of freedom in every conceivable way possible.

  2. The woman who dumped 35 kittens in a cold snowy forest deserves to have water poured on her until all her hair, clothing and shoes are sopping wet, then have to spend the night in a cold snowy forest and not be able to take off the wet clothes and shoes.

  3. "Most Extreme Judge in the US"… Decides that jail is not always the best answer and gives fitting sentences that are not, in any stretch of the imagination, cruel and unusual punishment. Contrast that for people being in jail/prison for years because of drug possession (or for feeding an addiction they are unable to control). So perhaps it would be fair to replace "most extreme" with "most intelligent"?

  4. I believe this is very fair justice what this judge is doing. I believe this should be common practice. It will keep our government from running up the jail budgets and actually teach criminals lessons.

  5. I told you what I think and I'm going to say it again all the way from Australia you should be more judge's like him ok throwing someone in jail in prison does not mean first timer of course it doesn't mean you can fix things or you will be punishing him or her you can make things much much worse and they can come out bigger criminals so I agree not just a hundred percent but I cells and percent and if it's any other judge's out there they should be doing exactly the same thing of course depends the crime is a crime is serious no

  6. This is filthy and disgusting, this guy is making up his own penalty for law. When he embarrass the wrong person by coercing them into it? He's gonna get shot and killed, everybody isn't a walk over.

  7. So awesome. What a cool way to hold them accountable, give them an opportunity to learn a lesson, and find a punishment that fits the crime without destroying these young people's lives.

  8. Please more like him! I heard of him a couple years back I know this video is a few years old but we still need this in our country especially now. Juvenile prisons are the worst place for children to get on the right track.
