I'm a contractor. Few years back I was remodeling this older couples home. I was hired by their daughter. Job went perfect. Last day, the elderly father asked me if I wanted to go get lunch. On the house, he's buying. I said sure, let me clean my truck make some room for him. He said no worries, ride with me. We got into his car, rode down the road to Wendy's. He really wanted Wendy's. We pull up and he drives through the drivethru backwards. Cuts in front of everyone and drives straight to the window. I'm looking at the lady behind the window in disbelief. I said the father we to turn around. We backwards. He looks at me with the most bewildered look and freezes up and asks who I am and how we got there. Me and the lady at wendys tried to talk sense into him, but he was truly lost. I called his daughter and told her where we were at, and she said to me, my father hasn't drove a car in 20 years. Long story short, she came and recused us and he got his frosty. Thats all he wanted.

How irritating and, the arrogance of this old woman. The officer is trying to help her yet she ignores him. They need to take that scooter away from her. If someone had hit her, her family would've sued. She knows where she's going yet she's four miles in the opposite direction…not a senior moment, maybe a senile moment. Nothing cute about this. Policeman deserves a nice meal for this kind of aggravation. He was so kind and patient even with her smart ass mouth.

How did her battery last that long and what would she have done if it died? She likely doesn't have a cell phone and seems to live in the middle of nowhere. She'd prolly have died from thirst/heat exhaustion had that happened or had the cop not been there to pull her out of the mud and nobody else happening to go down that road for a while or stop for her
