  1. Cherokee county cops don't know how to handle cases. The guy who shot an killed the ladies at the spa a few months ago they acted like they had no sense. They said it wasn't a hate crime when it was. Thankfully ATL charged the guy with the hate crime.i live here. You don't want to get into trouble there. They are known to do stupid stuff to get you to confess or if your buddies with them then they will do everything they can to help you get out of it.

  2. It is entirely counter productive for this line of questioning and intimidating tactics when they have absolutely no proof and haven’t even looked into his air tight alibi. This consistent coerciveness of false confessions I see regularly tells me that closing a case is more important than actually catching criminals, to some police officers. They are wasting time, tax payer money, and more importantly they are allowing criminals to roam free and commit crime again by tunnel visioning in on clearly innocent people. How many times do law enforcement entities have to get sued for blatant misconduct that sometimes lead up to the violations of civil rights and confiscation of freedom before they change their strategy!?

  3. just a theory. i think this was just an wild orgy gone bad. the victim also played her role to be in a bad situation. she is old enough to know what she was doing. specially if the physical evidence did not mention a blunt force trauma in her. it might have been just a case of intoxication of drugs while drinking.

  4. Mangrum's family should contact a well known psychic investigator like Noreen Renier or Phil Jordan ( he's a deputy sherrif aswell. ) aswell as the Innocence Project. You can see he's innocent.
Shame on law enforcement and the judicial system for failing the victim and Mangrum, hope he sues them big time.

  5. Dude did this police organization go out and try to find real evidence of who did this or did they just bring in a couple of teens and and start screaming at them until they confessed because that's what it looks like to me

  6. The dad went through more than the lady, she lost her son to wrongful conviction but he lost his daughter to violence and died still wondering 🥺. These cops are horrible that killer could’ve attacked their family since their still out there. 🤦🏽‍♀️

  7. See I'll watch cases like this one that look like it's easy to convict anyone with murder that's seemingly innocent then I'll watch the cases that clearly someone is guilty of murder and the cops can't do anything because it's just circumstantial evidence…. then how did they get these guys that clearly didn't do it?!

  8. When he said , that party was out of control, it's like they were a group sex where maybe she drunk n participate n that bf pissed n goes for blood.
Such things happens a lot in such heavy drinking parties .

  9. The detective suck ass!!!! They are just trying to put someone away. It’s soooo fucked up. He was only 17! This is crazy. The detectives are just yelling at them and forcing a confession and not giving them their rights. This pisses me off!!!

  10. Those police interrogation techniques are retarded and shameful. They should be ashamed of themselves. Those detectives had a mentality like they were in a TV show back in the 70's. How pitiful.

  11. I can't believe this guy would confess to a murder that he did not commit is he that weak and malleable that's the way they're raising them nowadays weak no sense of morals note ethical compass they can be swayed to any position come on America wake up we have to do better the reason why we were just hearing of this kind of stuff is because back in history we taught morals and ethics in the Constitution and your rights were respected more now we don't teach morals and ethics it's like everything is okay all the time everything all the time and that's so not true everything is not all right you've got to stand on the truth no matter whose feelings get hurt the truth can never be a bad thing a lot of weak people can't take the truth like Jack Nicholson said in that movie you can't handle the truth we are raising Generations physically weak and morally and spiritually weak people we need prayer back in schools and we need to teach morals ethics and put some backbone back in this country and I know it's not popular but God Bless America at least the idea of America cuz right now it's not living up to what it used to be and what it can be everything all the time are you people out of your minds

  12. We really need to change interrogation methods in the U.S. A confession to me anymore doesn't mean shit, nowadays if there is no physical evidence I don't see how a jury can convict. The UK has a good method, they have a list of questions they have to stick to like a script and they do not harass anyone. Convictions rely on physical evidence,as they should

  13. THIS IS REALLY A SAD SAD SITUATION…..☹️☹️☹️
    AND SO MANY DOUBTS….
ALSO REALLY FUCKING PATHETIC WHAT THOSE FUCKING BASTARD DETECTIVES DID TO THE FIRST GUY…….
THOSE FUCKING LAZY ASS LICKERS REALLY FUCKED THIS CASE UP FUCKING STUPID IDIOTIC MORONS……..
    🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

  14. Did you have sex with her?
    No.
Don't lie! You want to go to jail for murder?
    No.
    Then tell the truth!
He admits to consensual sex and is charged with first degree murder.

    Wth! Those cops are horrible.
