25 thoughts on “Councilman Wants To Fire Officers for Stopping Him”
  1. The cop really is being respectful and informative. He wasnt being a tyrant or anything. I wish they would stop allowing them to run plates for no reason except wanting to stop someone for any reason they can find, so the person continues to pay the cops salary. I agree that it feels like an invasion of privacy, and there is so much invasion of privacy today.

  2. It shows you how officials are used to being treated. I grew up in NM and the corruption there is legendary. This officer was exemplary in every way with this man. It’s good to see this professionalism to balance out the others.

  3. This is the first and only video where at the end I actually thought the officer handled that incredibly well. He was articulate, composed, knew the law, ignored the jabs from Garcia trying to escalate things and continued to do his job in an upstanding manner. This is actually the type of officer we should be hiring People who have integrity and respect for the laws and their duty to PROTECT AND SERVE not just apprehend at all cost and punish ruthlessly.

  4. Officer was great, but can't get past that these are Arizona State University officers and not University of Arizona officers. Honest mistake from audit, the audit but when you went to ASU you did not want to get confused with U of A.

  5. The government forces it citizens to have and display a license plate , then says by displaying it waves their rights to privacy and the 4th amendment .
    That's a horrible decision 😂😢😮

  6. This is a proper example to law enforcement agencies who train their officers repeatedly on the correct way to do a traffic stop and this was done with a a+. State officers which is University officers are employed through the state which give them jurisdiction as state troopers and county deputies which gives them jurisdiction over the state municipal police officers which are township officers and officers employed in the city limits are prohibited only in the city limits. Which that officer was clearly in his jurisdiction to pull this man over. He stated that the guy was in his jurisdiction wrote him a summons did not impound the car. And took his plate off. At the end of the day this officer get a a+ the councilman get an f
