  1. Let's not pretend anyone is in the right here. She was unprofessional and lied. He was abrasive and apparently makes a living using a shield (his rights) as a sword, and he was calling alright. Not the bank for a crime, but a lawsuit, like 90% of these so called audits.

Complete misuse of rights is why the US is in the gutter right now, and this video is a nicer illustration of that.

  2. Caught lying which one of them is not a liarer. "He's yelling at me"is that different than talking at a high volume ? He's not yelling at them.

  3. Woman should have flashed him before calling the cops, then it would have been a valid stop and the photographer would have had to register as a sexual offender for the rest of his life.

  4. That very common lie from law enforcement regarding auditors "sticking cameras in their face" is now being used in Texas to try to make it a felony for doing just that. They are using the Texas obstruction and interference laws which are currently misdemeanor offenses to turn auditors into felons. The testimony provided in favor of that bill claimed that auditors are aggressively approaching law enforcement officers, getting within a few feet of them, yelling loudly at them, and sticking cameras in their faces. They completely ignore that fact that it much more commonplace for the officers to be aggressive and stick their faces into the cameras. They also completely ignore the fact that most auditors are wise enough to stand a safe distance away and remain on the public sidewalks. Cops simply hate being filmed at any distance and thus are demanding that auditors pay a price for doing so. I'm not an auditor and don't know any auditors myself but do respect them behaving lawfully and expressing their First Amendment rights. If I ever encounter and auditor, I will certainly thank them for trying to educate the public regarding our rights. In Texas it is already very common for cops to charge people with obstruction just for raising their voices to them, disagreeing with them, or filming them.
