Bodycam and dashcam footage shows officers administering Narcan to a suspect who claimed he was on fentanyl after a wild pursuit on January 31. The Los Angeles Police Department said the pursuit began when the suspect fled a traffic stop in an allegedly stolen vehicle. Officers pursued the suspect on foot after he crashed into a civilian’s car, leaving two innocent victims dead. Authorities said officers arrested Oscar De La Cruz after apprehending him and using Narcan to prevent a potential overdose. De La Cruz faces numerous felony charges in relation to the incident, including two counts of vehicular manslaughter.

Can't believe the police department is using dash cameras from 1986
"Resisting an officer without violence, trespass after warning, and disorderly conduct" -The police' trio accusations when they becomes abusive to the people.
He did not deserve to be saved
LAPD should have pitted him out early in the video thereby saving an innocent victim.
He ran very well for someone with asthma & street drugs in his system. Good catch officers! I hope no one else was hurt.
Why save them.
No 1 will miss them.
U saved him but his life’s over
Dont waste a narcan on that trash!
Great job, Officers.
Also, did anyone else notice that it just says "HUMPS" in the road… That caught me so off guard 😂😂 It says "speed bump" where I live, I have literally never seen the word "HUMPS" so large in the street
I really thought that said 2003…..and then I was like….I cannot believe the quality of this in 2023.
Thank you officers for your service 🙏 blessings stay safe 🙏 💙
Jesus Christ please protect police officers 🙏
Waste of oxygen = Putting innocent people lives at risk = WELL DONE OFFICERS 👏
Dude’s conscious, breathing, answering question appropriately, coordinated enough to sprint away and just suffered a pretty significant traumatic injury that it’s anyone’s guess whether he was wearing a seatbelt. The heroin isn’t the problem right now, guys. Hold off on the narcan and proximity anxiety attacks.
I'm as fast as fast can be no one can catch me 🤣🤣
Poor toyota
Let him push daisies
I feel like i'm watching a 90s tv series.
i got asthma!!..chooses to run from police
stop tasing me! chooses to resist arrest
great choices his accountability rating is pretty high i guess
What's the point? He's just going to do it again or maybe hurt or kill someone next time. If he doesn't have a job then tax payer will have to pay the bill smh.
Excellent Job
Probably already out on unsecured bond…
Waste of energy saving a junkie 😒
Great to see that their dashcams have been upgraded since the 90's…
Druggies…
This clown killed two people and we're watching the cops trying to Narcan this suspect…tsk tsk tsk.
if the dashcam didnt stated it was 2023 i would have thought the video was from the 90s…..seriously how come PD's still have such low quality cameras
He's got asthma and he's taking drugs and running from the police? Outstanding.
Why does this footage look like it's from the 90s
Super intelligent! Runs from police, gets caught, I HAVE ASTHMA! 😭 😂😂
Death Sentence for this criminal is appropriate.
You can't help but wonder if those people would still be alive had the cops not initiated a high speed pursuit by car. Of course this POS holds the responsibility all on his own shoulders but IDK, when you have aerial pursuit going and the like (and the likely ability to track down a suspect later), is it really worth risking others lives over a suspected stolen vehicle?
This crackhead doesn't deserve help, he could have killed so many innocent people!!!! God Bless the police…back the BLUE!!!
