At a Sheetz gas station in Ellwood City, PA, Officer Rob Magnifico of the Elwood City PD threw a kid on the ground after the kid asked for his phone to be returned. Even though Magnifico wasn’t wearing a bodycam, another kid filmed the incident. Then Magnifico knocked the phone out of the kid’s hand. Then the kid’s mom posted the video on Facebook, which resulted in Magnifico getting suspended. But was it enough? More videos of Officer Magnifico have surfaced.

It's crazy that "cops" can use " word judo" which involves curse words and aggressive behavior UT as soon as a citizen use one curse word towards them they get mad
Get him charged with assault
Suspended for 10 days, he should be sacked and criminally charged. That’s an unprovoked attack on a minor for no reason, 10 days is an outrage.
Not all police are like this but they all cover for each other.
He shouldn't be a free man, he should be someone's jail-bitch.
This isn’t assault?
I'm going to add my voice from Australia to ask WTF that other pos cop was doing?? If he didn't step in to stop these illegal actions, he should not be badged either. Pricks
This behavior is the norm from police not the exception.
N2m I'm from around there. My cousin was born in Elwood City hospital. My first school was in New Brighton
this cop needs to go to jail for ever!!!!!
But the moment you give that energy back you’re in jail. The power that comes without being able to be checked back
This is about 80 miles from me. I’m telling you this area within 100-150 miles radius of me have an issue with cops who act like this. Don’t even get me started with these young, punk state cops that think they can do whatever they want and usually do because the courts will always side with them. Huge police problem in Pennsylvania.
they are all the same
That is not excessive force! that is assault!
If the young man needed to be taken into custody and force was needed then that is one thing.
Flinging a youth across the room whilst yelling controlling rhetoric and being angry is an out of control humanoid with a badge and gun. Without the badge he would be arrested.
Two standards. Thugs in uniform get off and citizens get beaten, arrested and abused.
shame shame shame
Ten days heck, he caused more than ten days worth of damage to that kids life🐦
This is the same county that long island audit was just in and did a DMV video.
This guy should be ARRESTED for
Assault and Battery on a Minor.
This is a huge failure for public safety an his actions are criminal he needs to be held accountable an this family should sue him and this county we all wantvthis man fired immediately
His name is "Magnifico"? Oh the irony
Deserves to be in jail. For assault. 10 days suspension what a joke
MAGNIFICO should be fired and prosecuted.
