    Even trash who drive drunk risking our lives have rights not to be treated like this. The moment you do you are no better than the criminals. Sadly criminal police officers are a dime a dozen.

    Her companion would be too much for that female officer to handle. They are roughly the same size, and we know that men have more muscle mass overall and denser bone structure. He nearly unaIived that woman.

    Question… If an intoxicated person in a court of law is considered 'incapable' of 'sound mind and body' consent to a sexual encounter, shouldn't that same reason of law be applied 'across the board' when asked of an intoxicated person to 'consent' to anything? There seems to be a 'Double Standard' when it comes to this. Being intoxicated doesn't seem to help in certain cases, but does in other cases under the law.

    Was it his first time for this cop, you mean first time lying on a police report, or first time being a tyrant, or the first time hurting someone that is helpless….on all counts, it is not the first time for him or any cop, they all lie and as far as I am concerned if you stay silent for this crap, and belong to the blue wall then you are equally as guilty.

    Was he wrong ?! Sure. But man is she a piece of work. A prime example of a woman who was never properly ‘given boundaries’ by the right male(s).
    Father, brother, boyfriend etc. Some women actually DO need to be ‘put in check’ as we used
    to say. Most do not, but nowadays more do.
    Alcohol alone cannot account for all the vile
    content of her mind and tongue. Here’s a funny thought: Can you just imagine a long road trip
    with her ?!! Where she ‘has a few…’ Ha ha

    This is a fascinating look into the woman-theater of this person. It's like there are all these emotional passion plays going on in there and her mouth is the outlet valve. What it must feel like to be ruled by your inner emotional landscape.

    That was hard to watch. She worked him over emotionally and whammo! It's sad because people have other personal problems to deal with without being berated and belittled like that. He had a time slot and he wasn't going off schedule. He looked at his watch first thing. Time ran out.
    I couldn't deal with people like that all day or night without thrashing someone. For others, it's their mission in life and depend on them like the world can't live without them. Hope he gets another job he likes and she heals and stops drinking. I have a feeling her personality is nasty anyways and the liquor brings it to the forefront. Even when they are sober, it shows. The world loves them so nothing is ever done about them. They cause a lot of damage wherever they go.

    Ok, after reading many comments I have this to say about it. The police are not the punishing branch of the government, the court system is in place for that. The police are for apprehension, investigation and gathering information/ evidence. After a suspect is in handcuffs, leg restrengths, spit hood, etc. the suspect is in custody. They are now in the care of the police and should have every precaution to not be harmed in any way. They should not be subject to any punishment whatsoever. That is the job of the court system. Otherwise why have the courts. How about if you get punched in the face six times, does the court takes a year off their sentence. Well, they don't and that's fine unless you innocent. Right? Of course not.

    What we have allowed is the hiring of a gang of thugs and protected them with a bunch of exceptions to allow them to circumvent the same laws the rest of us have to obey. Qualified immunity, self-investigation, greatly reduced charges compared to civilians, the allowance of their resignation during pending charges. There's a lot more I'm sure you've heard of. It is obscene how twisted the system has gotten.

    We the people are in charge of the government. That said lets start taking responsibility and get this crap back under control. learn the Constitution, call you state and federal congressman and vote wisely. Not because their name sounds like your cousin's or there handsome, or whatever. Find out what they are concerned about and tell them what you are concerned about and start with the entire legal system. Rulings like Mim's v Pa., OUT. Qualified immunity, OUT. Selfe investigating with-in the police forces, OUT. And anything you can think of that strips our rights given to us by the constitution. There should never ever be a case where someone goes to jail because they have a license plate light out again. Freedom, and life liberty and the pursuit of happiness are turning into catch phrases and are fading into history. We are living in a police state and it is getting worse every day.

    The female officer violated her oath by not arresting the violent criminal cop. Her license should be permanently revoked as she does not have the moral integrity to do the job.
