Cop Slams Disabled Senior Citizen Over Bicycle Law – Other Cops Laugh and High-Five

On February 17, 2025 at around 9pm at night, a disabled senior citizen named Danny Winklman was riding his bicycle through a neighborhood in St. Augustine, Florida. He had a run of bad luck. He had been hospitalized with serious medical issues, and as a result was evicted, leaving him homeless. All he wanted was a meal, and he was on his way home to fix himself something to eat. But a local St. Johns County Sheriff’s Deputy saw that his bicycle was not equipped with lights. Within seconds, the officer would slam the elderly man to the asphalt for “not listening” to him. Was that justified?

  2. Picking's must be getting thin in America. What , No innocent unarmed black men Women or children to unalive. Armed Socialpaths These 2 individuals with badges are more dangerous than the people on the streets there supposed to be protecting us from. WOW What absolute disrespectful disregard of humanity. These too badged Assaulters backgrounds should be investigated Intently, these 2 badged individuals have deep-rooted Social adjustment problems.
If you don't think so rewatch this video. B1😎

  3. They found Jerome doing this because he didn’t own a car. The cop on the 3rd night…. From New Hartford, (riding from New Hartford, NY to Oneida, NY for work ), handed him lights for his bike- Front and back! Duh!! This poor guy had narcissistic cops! Not hurt? His legs are already messed up, he said, he was at the hospital, he said! Now he just wants to eat. The napkin probably FELL out of his pocket, he didn’t even know! 🙄

  4. These cops know how to slam people, workout in the gym, victim blame, antagonize, gaslight, eye 👁️ dee, and be petty. All but humanity. Tall tattooed Sargent smiling. Very proud of what happened to his grandpa. Tragic! He’s not hurt, the abuser says. Are you inside his body? Just because he’s walking and talking doesn’t mean he feels good. It ain’t about race anymore. These pigs are targeting everyone!

  5. The GoFundMe hit it's goal in 19 hours!!! (But Mr. Winklman will need several times that to seek true justice in a Federal Civil Rights Lawsuit.) This is a measure of the public outcry against this corrupt Sheriff and his Deputies. Corruption flows down from the top.

Sadly, Mr. Winklman has a long uphill battle to seek justice for the egregious mistreatment he suffered from Dpt. Canaan and his pack of wild dogs. He can file a Federal Civil Rights Lawsuit, but he will need an attorney. His legal fees will be tens of thousands. Canaan's attorney, paid for by the taxpayers, will file a motion to dismiss on the grounds of "Qualified Immunity" (what a joke) and the local Federal judge will very likely grant it. This will force Mr. Winklman's attorney to file an appeal with the District Court. But it doesn't matter because even if Dpt. Canaan loses QI in local Federal Court his attorney (paid by taxpayers) will appeal. This process continues (assuming Mr. Winklman can afford to keep paying his attorney fees) all the way to the Circuit Court. This can take years, and as much as $50K! The Circuit Court is almost certain to revoke Cannan's QI, but then the case is handed back to the local Federal Court (Jacksonville) to be heard. Taking more legal fees. Mr. Winklman's best hope is that the Southern Institute for Law and Justice will take up his case and provide legal assistance and attorneys pro bono. The most likely outcome, however, is that Mr. Winklman will be forced because of lack of funds, to settle out of court for a tiny fraction of what he could have won in a jury trial.

The truly sad part of that would be Dpt. Canaan's attorney would include the stipulation that there was no admission of wrongdoing by Canaan or by the Sheriff's Department. So, Canaan with his pack of wild dog sycophants would be free to continue hunting easy prey unchecked.

  6. They are all heartless the cop that slammed him should be charged with assault I can't believe the rot they are! I wonder what their families think seeing this bunch of losers !
