Cop Allegedly Framed Ex-Girlfriend as ‘Crazy,’ Falsely Committed Her to 72-Hour Hold at Psych Ward

A 37-year-old Pennsylvania State Trooper faces charges after he allegedly took his ex-girlfriend into custody while falsely claiming she was a danger to herself in August. The Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office said Ronald Keith Davis, who is married and has kids, told the woman in a text message, “I know you’re not crazy, I’ll paint you as crazy,” just days before filing the involuntary commitment petition against her. Davis asked someone to film the incident for him, which is now being used as evidence against him. The Law&Crime Network’s Sierra Gillespie breaks down the incident.     This is what happens when a corrupted cop who has power and abuses his authority on framing a normal citizen as crazy, especially sincd his target is his ex-girlfriend. What a massive creep.

    If I’m understanding right, he submitted “proof” of her supposed mental health issues to his superiors and they not only took his word for it and helped him secure approval for a mental health arrest, but then offers to take her into custody himself and none of his superiors thought that was wildly inappropriate??? That department should be investigated and I hope if she sues them she gets millions.

    Also, this happened like 9 months ago and there’s zero updates online except the initial news report that he was arrested and facing charges. I bet everything was dropped and he’s still working as a LEO. Disturbing.

    How horrible. I felt my heart rate going up just watching this. I can’t imagine how scared and angry she was as she’s being restrained by this maniac and is put in various positions while he presses his body on her. It’s disgusting. And he does this to a person he only dated for 4 months. Does he do this to his wife and kids too?

    So he preys on women and threatens to have them committed if they leave him. 🤔 Pretty sure this isn't the first time he's done this. He needs to be investigated 🔎 and have his background examined.

    Why did the psychiatric facility keep her. They had no right ! They are just as responsible for this.
    This is how many people end ups there against their will. They probably force druged her too, just like they
    do to all people who are send there.

    Idk If Its Just Me But Ive Always Been Interested In Stuff Like This……Mainly Cause I Always Wonder Whats Going On In The Persons Head Thats In The Wrong…..Like Is Davis Thinking "I Told Her I Was Gonna Get Her And She Didnt Believe Me I Cant Wait Til The Cops Get Here And She Sees The Power I Have!" Or "Man I F^(ked Up…..I Took Things Too Far….Am I Gonna Get Arrested When The Cops Get Here!?" Or Did He Really Convince Himself That She Was Gonna Hurt Herself? That Kinda Stuff Has ALWAYS Fascinated Me…….(Yes The Cop Davis Is 999,999,999,999,999% In The Wrong And Should Lose His Creds For Life AND Should Spend Some Time In Whatever State Penitentiary Where Most Of The People He Arrrested Were Sent Too……And He Needs To Be In GP And Not In PC……
