With Weinstein, I think it is not only that we are suffering fatigue from hearing about him, but also that after so many previous trials people have already made up their minds about whether they think he is guilty or not and aren’t going to change their minds no matter what the outcome of the trial is; and also there are a lot of other high-profile trials and disputes going on in the pop culture sphere right now that are capturing people’s attentions instead, like the Diddy trial and the ongoing flurry of filings between the Lively and Baldoni camps

  2. with the weinstein case, and similar cases, it seems it's now up to the accused to prove his innocence beyond resonable doubt. And this he's probably(or his lawayers) not going to be able to do.

  3. Michael Proctor was not fired due to the work he did on the KR case. He was fired due to the text messages he sent and drinking alcohol prior to driving a state vehicle.

  4. Proctor was not fired “in a large part “ because of what he did on this case, he was fired 100% due to his conduct on this case including bias and ethical issues
