  1. This is a textbook example of what not to do on a traffic stop. She had every right to disagree and make no admission of guilt, but to fail to identify after an officer articulates a violation he saw you commit and interrupt him and fail to acknowledge his commands, it’s never going to go well. Know your rights, be respectful, and obey lawful commands

  2. I know this woman is in the wrong, but this happens with many drivers who dispute the charge for which they have been pulled over, and it illustrates the problem with modern police.

The next time I get pulled over by the police for an alleged traffic infraction, I will ask the cop 3 questions.

    1) Are you allowed to lie to me?
    2) Have you ever heard the story "The Boy Who Cried Wolf"?
    3) What is the lesson of "The Boy Who Cried Wolf"?

The lesson of "The Boy Who Cried Wolf" is that, when people know you to be a liar, they may not believe you even when you are telling the truth.

Every U.S. citizen who gets pulled over has a cop, who has had permission to lie to you from the Supreme Court for 50 years, and 50 years of refined police training on how to lie to you, try to convince you that they honestly saw you make a mistake while driving.

  3. How can anyone expect to be taken seriously when they dress like Mace Windu and have half a tube of lipstick slapped on their face. Then argumentative and disrespectful to the cops trying to control and dictate the traffic stop to the office as if they are in control, not the cop.

  4. An A for the officer?
    You're joking right?
That cop is a menace, if she wasn't a state senator she would have been arrested for asking questions.
That cop needs more training in de-escalation.
Hopefully she gets some laws passed to prevent citizens from being harassed the same way she was.
