Thanks for being here! Be sure to let us know if you enjoy this episode format! Hope you have a great week!
Don’t forget, this is a judge who advises people not to file complaints against officers who were/are in the wrong
Love it
Attorney bryan is hella clever
Why is the judge dressed like My cousin Vinny when he had to rent a costume
19:53 Wait you're allowed to flip a cop off
19:25 Wait what happened here he went from pulling the kid over to going to an emergency so he needed the kid to pull over immediately but as of I've heard you pull over where it's safest
No rating system at the end? That’s the best part!
Sub 100!!
You should cover more judge Fleischer. He's actually a big advocate for citizens rights and throws out a lot of cases based on faulty probably cause. He's a strict disciplinarian when called for, but upholds the law to a T and is an exemplary judicial officiate
Please do more court/after arrest content! Love this!
Yooo, shout out to Houston!
Judge Fleischer is a coo dude
Judge Fleischer is an awesome judge. He will hold the cops responsible for wrong doing.
Since when did peewee Harman become a judge?
👍's up ATA thank you for sharing 🤗
There are plenty of other channels that cover court cases. Please stick to your original format as you are one of a kind in your coverage of police encounters.
Love this format! The public needs education regarding these things…..
I disagree . He was outside jurisdiction . He was pulled over for a traffic offense . Which the officer had no authority to do . Yes he had a gun and drugs . However the officer wouldn't have seen or seen told about the gun and drugs if he hadn't pulled him over outside of his jurisdiction.
The judge was quick to violate this man's second amendment right over a traffic ticket. That's insane.
Very very few courtrooms will be like Fleischer's. He is one of the rare judges who take probable cause seriously and doesn't rubber stamp officer's reports.
I remember this moment, love that they didn't get away from it.
❤ Lack Luster beyond content.
Yay! YouTube help me? Can I go to a courtroom and just watch and listen?
Why can’t we have live video feeds from courtrooms from my local government courthouse? I recently got a ticket for something I didn’t do for SPEEDING and I tried to fight it. I made it all the way to the trial with no lawyer. And then I met the prosecutor and the judge and the prosecutor offered me just to pay it off so I got nervous and I just accepted it.
I noticed the prosecutor was flirting with me and distracting me because I am a horn dog . I didn’t care. I stared at her big old butt, and I let her compliment me because she was bending down in front of me. I couldn’t help myself. I think she did this on purpose.
I’m gonna buy your book right now ! But can you make one for the courtroom?
In Virginia, caught once without insurance and one has to file an SR-22 for three years
I don't know about that, judge David isn't a good guy. He laughed about a person with life probation as a plea deal 😢

Judge Fleischer is one of(easily the only one I’ve seen)the most honorable, honest ,FAIR and caring man I’ve ever seen or heard on the bench. There should be more like him!
The grandstanding leftist judge has always just trying to make a show probably because he wants a TV show on CNN
Judge fleisher is the best
