One thing I don’t hear people talk about much in the Idaho 4 case is this: Dylan Mortensen saw a ‘tall man with bushy eyebrows’ in the house around 4 AM. She later said she was frozen in fear, but if she felt that way, why didn’t she check on her roommates or call 911? Instead, the police weren’t called until nearly noon (11:58 AM)—about 8 hours later. Reports suggest the surviving roommates may have called friends first before contacting the police.
What’s even more puzzling is that there was reportedly so much blood that it was dripping through the walls to the outside of the house. If the scene was that gruesome, how did they not notice anything earlier? Why did they call friends before calling the police?
It almost sounds like someone needed time to come up with a story. Won’t the defense use this in their case too? I don’t know why nobody brings this up.
The people that are convinced that Bryan Kohberger is guilty are the same mentally ill that voted for Kamala Harris.
The roommate is pointless at this point like we don’t fucking need her. She can just go on somewhere. I thought her whole everything was weird from the beginning. She wants to say this is a dream all of a sudden whatever
Thanks for keeping us up to date on all the cases
I enjoyed hearing the informed, in-depth opinions on the cases from the legal perspective. In the Sementilli case, Baker is willing to throw himself under the bus for his lover and her defense is happy to back the bus up and run over him a second time. Love sure is funny
For the lawyer for the Kohberger case: Has anyone thought that the comment heard by the surviving roommate regarding " I am here to help you" could refer to a second intruder there to help the murderer such as in a gang hit planned. All possibilities must be examined.
How ironic that Kohbetger’s Dad’s DNA was found @ crime scene the meanwhile the main suspect of the crime is driving around in a Elantra the police is searching for and happens to be his son’s car !!! Say no more.
Justice for the Idaho4
Great summaries!!! Thank you Joshua!!!
Isn’t having an extra marital affair a sin?
how is divorce against her religion but murder isn’t??
Justice for BK . He is 100% innocent.🙏🏻
Hello Joshua
Anne Taylor wasn’t out here debating the privacy rights of STR—aka CODIS, the gold standard. She was calling out the entire IGG process, which digs through your whole genome like it’s Black Friday at a DNA clearance sale. That’s where the real violation comes in. Her argument wasn’t about STR, which only looks at a small portion of the picture—it was about IGG taking the deep dive.
And let’s talk about the evidence. There was literal blood at the crime scene, yet they laser-focused on a single speck of touch DNA. I’m not saying he’s innocent—this case is a tangled mess—but let’s be real. No video of the white Hyundai Elantra in the King Road neighborhood? His phone wasn’t even pinging in the area? And contrary to the narrative, he wasn’t parked like a sitting duck outside that house in Moscow. ( was brought up in the motion hearing that just passed) There’s a lot here that just doesn’t add up.
So she wants to get off on a technicality NOT that she didn't off her husband???
Great video again but some off these cases drag out very long wow
I don't care of they didn't have a warrent to take her cellphone because she did it.
Another great episode Joshua, thank you.
Touch DNA can be brought in the house by anyone! Why haven't they tested the other 2 unknown male DNA found at the crime scene? Because I'm sure it is not a match to BK! Testify the blood found on the banister and the glove found outside. Geez come on.
Don’t say it. KR is so guilty.
It's always so infuriating when the police don't follow procedure. They know they should! They know what happens when they don't!
Thanks for this episode, it was very interesting.
She is guilty as a sin, but if she gets away on these techniqualities, I will be very upset.
Brian was lured by the roommate. Brian is innocent.
The last California execution was in 2006
Josh ♥♥♥♥♥🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺
BK is 100% innocent. Almost everything in the PCA has been proven false, stalking/following, footprint, car footage, witness statements…everything has been debunked in court. Even the state has admitted the same, acknowledging there was no stalking/connection and wrong car direction.
The only thing suggesting guilt is the "touch DNA," which cannot be verified or supported by any doc and records. Yup, a speck of shady touch DNA is the whole case.
You have to ask yourself: if BK were truly guilty, why would the state need to fabricate anything at all? let alone almost everything about this case? His innocence is the only explanation.
On kohlberger I don’t remember if I’ve said this here before but touch tDNA not a big deal. What is a big deal I suspect is that his DNA was probably found underneath the snap. And then there’s the whole what did he buy on Amazon
Bloodworth is nice and snarky when he writes a motion lol
Josh, sometimes it’s good to have only you, without a guest. Your explanations are so good and easy to understand! Thanks 👏🏻👏🏻
💯 and in cases of DCFS, especially in Los Angeles, county social workers, just lie and say whatever the fuck they want on an affidavit. – personal first-hand knowledge? Piff And then the judge signs off on it – all sorts of fraud on the court, but nothing to see here. By the way, I can’t believe Judge is in California. Don’t have to keep a current law license WTF. Sorry for my little tangent.
Lol wink wink you know the gummy‘s you know the gummy‘s he got from Mexico oh and by the way, my defense attorney won’t mind at all bringing contraband into the jail because I totally need those white strips. I wish we could convince Judge M to stream this trial live.
Who is excited for tomorrow morning the Commonwealth! Can’t wait alarm set for 5 AM lol
Josh is awesome!
This is always my favourite start to the weekend! Hope your ankle is better Josh
